McDonald's in Erie

“We go there because it's one of the last McDonald's to have a play place. The staff is normally friendly but I can tell they get overwhelmed because they are short staffed and they're mostly kids. The tables in the play place do need some attention but, like I said before, I understand that they are short-staffed.“

“The manager was amazing and fixed the order in a flash. The manager is an amazing manager and worth it having him there. I also need to add that the manager is amazing and super hard working and is involved with us the customer and in my opinion he needs to get his own McDonald's sorry but I never seen a manager work and make things that was not right that he made it right in a heartbeat. Good man thanks and I'll keep coming back to this McDonald's ?“

“I came here for the minecraft movie adult meal toys and was sadly told that there wasn't any anymore. However, 2 employees offered to check the back for the specific ones I was looking for. They didn't find any, but a really appreciated this top tier customer service because they genuinely cared about my experience. 5 stars on food, service, and atmosphere!“

“The food was great, and they were churning out orders fast for how busy they were. The team was a well oiled machine. I think a lady named Natalie was the manager, and she was doing a great job keeping everybody motivated and in the right places.“

“Do you know this place is actually better than Little Caesars at least they’re actually fast food instead of Little Caesars. I want two hours for one cheese pizza to be made and you know what I’m thinking. I’m thinking I’m taking. I’m taking them to court now. My lawyer says I’m I’m gonna lose for wasting the judges time but I told my lawyer I’m getting a new lawyer you’re fired and he told me good luck and that he said he’s gonna charge an extra $2000 if I do not win the case and I said fine. I’ll win the court case so I go to McDonald’s and I ask for the manager, but I need to talk to the other manager so I asked the manager to talk to the manager, but that manager is not there so I have to talk to the other manager, but that manager is not there so I have to talk to the other manager And then they finally decide that they want to go to court and guess what I lost.“

“Saw other customers being so rude to the obviously understaffed shift. Most of the staff are younger/ some clear new hires. So sad to see them get yelled at knowing they are probably under a lot of stress trying to accommodate to people who orders god knows how many sandwiches and complain that they have to wait. Even so, they were so nice and polite to me and others that were waiting, apologized profusely for the wait. 10/10 customer service“

“I often go to McDonald's because my younger daughter often wants to go to this restaurant but I really don't go to this restaurant because of all the salt but today I did go to this restaurant because of my younger daughter and that is why I went there today is all I can really say today.“

“Everything was exactly how I ordered it. I got a bacon bagel meal with a cup of breakfast sauce on the side. I always order a cup on the side because they never put enough, even when you ask for extra and I love that stuff. I even dip my hashbrown in it.“

“A lot of times, the McDonald's restaurants around here have issues with getting orders done without at least one error. During a busy Saturday afternoon, this one got everything correct without us having to circle back around for them to finish the order. Extra kudos to the drive thru crew, our order was large and frustrating, but y'all nailed it. Keep it up!“
