I ordered two regular chicken sandwiches in the app. It took 10 minutes before I was waited on at the drive-thru and another 10 minutes waiting at the window for my food. It was early evening, hardly any customers at all and it still took that long to get my food. Absolutely ridiculous!
It's a Popeye's. I don't know what people are expecting.Downed a star since I've had an occasional stale bun and for long waits at times. Using the app in advance helps, and they have pretty decent deals on rotation.The chicken still slaps, which is ultimately why you should be at Popeye's
