I can tell you all day long how they've made my grandchildren's birthdays special. Now, I'm not a facebook guy. I made this account, not only because my wife didn't want to get involved, but because I wasn't going to let some piece of trash on here bash this company and their great staff. These are great people and a lot of us customers know that. “I was extremely satisfied for the second or third time with this specific soft pretzel factory. The owner and the employee named Ayana made it refreshingly old school with amazing customer service. Ayana especially! I remember from my last visit, she was so patient kind & cheerful, Made sure to repeat everything I asked for my order, And even when I felt bad because I was asking for too many things she very positive and said this is my job and I love my job and I could tell. I would choose this over any other Philly soft pretzel factory for the customer service alone! Ayana, you deserve a bonus!“

“I just wanted to say I loveeee Auntie Ann’s so much like honestly y’all should sponsor me but, never the less I digress. I ordered a large pretzel with a regular lemonade which made my total to be around 8:30 but than the pretty girl at the cash register suggested I get honey mustard and try it with my pretzel. I’m glad I did it was delicious. The girls working there were really nice and very helpful!“
