“This is the only Caribbean stall in the Fairgrounds Farmer's Market. I (obviously) ordered their ox tail entree with a side of rice and mac & cheese. The ox tail were the most tender I've had in this city so far. The rice was decent but I was slightly disappointed by their mac & cheese. It wasn't the elbow pasta that I'm used to (I believe it was penne) nor was it as yellow and gooey as I like it but it wasn't bad overall. Also, they give you a side of beans to go with your meal and they were delicious. I'll definitely give this spot another try when I go back to the market.“
