Like I said, Dino’s has been around for a while. When you walk in you are greeting by smiling staff and taken care of throughout your service. Dino (the owner of course) is engaged, talks to customers and shows his passion , that speaks volumes. Then we pivoted into Mad Waffles for the fluffernutter sundae on a Belgian waffle. It’s indulgent. It knows it’s indulgent. Warm waffle base, peanut butter topping with nutter butter crumbles on top AND marshmallow sauce. “Chick-Fil-A 5th Street Highway catered my wedding last month! And it was amazing! Mallory was perfect to work with; she even helped me decide what to order and how much. They even brought the mascot (after asking for permission) to hype up my wedding guests as they laid out the food. They made it look so perfect. I couldn't have asked for better wedding food. The one in Broadcasting Square was extremely difficult to work with, which is why I came here.“

“This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We placed our order, waited 15 minutes, girl says to us "we already put it out for p/u someone took our order or they gave it to someone in drive thru. Then after waiting another 10 minutes they gave us our food- no drinks!! After 10 more minutes I asked what was happening with my drink they said they are still working on it. Coffee didn't take that long. I asked for my money from the coffee back after opting for a water they tell me that the water cost more than the coffee!!! This place is horrible, not even 5 customers and they can't get anything right!! And, it wasn't even rush hour! approximately 5 customers at the time we arrived there. Employees just hanging out in the back with just one girl running register and drive thru. and no. I didn't get my coffee. less than 1/2 a star. not worth the star at all“

“I've been coming here for a long time and it's pretty good for what it is (a McDonald's). Recently it hasn't been as good, but I don't blame the management, I blame the lack of investment from a portion of the teenagers they have to hire. Some of them are great (I mean that), but some of them know that this is just the next job before the next job, and no amount of management motivation is going to change that.

Today I had multiple issues. The first one was the cleanliness of the tables, so I told the (very) young woman by the counter and she looked very annoyed then just went back to standing there without saying a word to anyone. I cleaned my own table with a wet napkin, which I had planned to do anyway. The second issue I had was that my food was made wrong, so I told the manager. She immediately apologized and made it right. Then from my table I'm pretty sure I heard her calmly questioning the young man who made my sandwich, who BTW was very nice when he brought it out to me earlier. He wasn't rude, she wasn't rude, I wasn't rude, it was just something that happened that she fixed for me and then apparently addressed.

An argument could be made that better management/ownership would improve the situation, but I disagree. Just like at my job, I know that there are certain people that are unmanageable and can never be motivated. I don't think that was the issue with the person that made my food, I think it was just a mistake that was made and then addressed. That's why after years of eating here pretty regularly, I'm still giving it 4 stars, because I still see management fighting their daily battle. From day to day you never know who you're going to get, and it's been good way more than not.

“Morning breakfast crew, Monday to Friday is the best. They have it down pack. I always get a medium coffee 3 creams 5 sugars on the side and i rotate breakfast sandwiches thru out the week. It's always hot, freshly made and fast. The black older man that charges customer in the first window is a sweetheart with great attitude and the same with the other 2 guys that hand out the food. Polite and precise. The very Best!!“

“I love Popeyes - wish there were more near me BUT if you have something on the self serve menu like the Flounder Sandwich & someone orders it (like I did) please have it in stock OR take it off the menu. I ended up just having to get the chicken sandwich. Not the staffs’ fault but hopefully it will get corrected.“

“This Subway location absolutely deserves five stars. It’s always spotless, the ingredients are consistently fresh, and the staff really go above and beyond. “When I go to Subway, I like this particular location. Facility is always clean, well air-conditioned, people are friendly and the sandwiches Just taste a little fresher. HOWEVER this company has joined the list of food franchises that gouges their customers. $14 for a 6 inch sub, bag of chips and a small drink is too much. They then try to steer you towards their app with better deals as they collect your personal data. There is a local deli down the street named Oliver’s for the same price or less. You get a bigger sandwich at the same quality. I’m guessing subway has more buying power than Oliver’s. I have successfully boycott at McDonald’s and Chick-fil-A for these reasons. I think Subway is next on my list. Again, this is a great restaurant and I enjoy it, but I do not know how much longer I am going to pay these prices.“

“Usually the wait time isn’t that bad. This one time I did have to wait, but the staff is very friendly and apologized to every customer that had to wait. Everyone always makes great pizzas here and I would recommend anybody to stop by and to buy from them.“

“I'm 32 years old and only had Papa John's for the first time on new years of 2022. Delivery took a LONG time since it was a holiday and they only have one driver so I order earlier if I do delivery or I pick it up myself since it's less than 2 miles away. By far the best pizza chain I've ever had. Their stuffed crust pizza and garlic parm sticks are my favorite. I mostly see younger kids in the st Lawrence Ave and they are friendly and polite and do a fantastic job. My food is always consistent and never under or over cooked. I will be tipping them every time I go there from now on (even if i pick it up myself) because of the service I receive which means a lot to me. Don't be petty about the wait times. They only have one driver delivering all these orders. It's not their fault people don't want to work.“
