“Everything was absolutely amazing — from the food to the atmosphere and the service.
The shrimp & broccoli was incredibly fresh; the shrimp were perfectly cooked, the vegetables were crisp, and the sauce was well-balanced. The dim sum was soft, flavorful, and generously filled — truly delicious.

The restaurant has a clean, modern, and very welcoming atmosphere. Service was fast, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even better.

“Had a great meal and an even better experience at Mana – Modern Chinese. The standout of the evening was the Shiitake Bao — pillowy buns filled with perfectly seasoned shiitake mushrooms. I could easily eat a whole plate of these!

Next up was the Jade Harmony Fried Rice, a vibrant vegetarian dish wok-tossed with fresh mixed vegetables. It was flavorful, beautifully presented, and definitely another highlight.

For the main course, we shared the Clay Pot Braised Salmon — slow-braised in a soy-infused broth with ginger, scallions, Chinese broccoli, basil, and bell peppers. This dish was a favorite among my dinner companions, with the rich, aromatic broth complementing the salmon perfectly.

The only slight miss for me was the Forbidden Ribs. While the ribs themselves were tender and well-prepared, the sweet-sour balsamic soy glaze wasn’t quite to my taste — so that may just be personal preference so I don’t see as negative.

Overall, Mana delivers an elevated and creative take on modern Chinese cuisine. The service was top-notch, the staff attentive, and the atmosphere comfortable. I highly recommend visiting — and I’ll definitely be back!“

“The best dumplings I've ever had! They're so delicious you don't need sauce; you can't even tell they're vegan. I like the Spinach and Potatoes but my favorite is the Butternut Squash. I buy them frozen from Market at the Fareway to cook anytime. If you love dumplings, you need to try MoMos!“

“I was excited to hear we have a new restaurant offering something different for the area and it lived up to my hopes! Lots of options for dim sum, noodles, and some regional dishes like Chongqing chicken make this different from most of the standard fare American Chinese options nearby.

We had spicy pork bun, gyoza, scallion pancakes, and the chicken cumin noodles. All were good but definitely recommend the buns and cumin noodles in particular!

Our order was ready in under 15 min on a Friday night, so it seems they're getting into the groove. Definitely will come again the next time those cravings hit for dumplings or noodles!“

“I have ordered from this place about three times. The food is delicious but the wait time is insane. My food will take 15 minutes when the restaurant is packed but 30 when I am one of the only people in there. I wish they would get faster and I would start ordering from here so much more.“

“This was my first time trying Humpty’s Dumplings. They were at a local craft show at my church. I tried the cheesesteak dumpling, spinach and cheese and chicken and dumplings. They were absolutely delicious!!!!! Hot and fresh right out of the fryer. Highly recommend you try them. Looking forward to finding them at another location.“

“It's small, pretty crowded on the weekend. You have to find parking on the street if there are any. But their food, it full of flavor, fresh at times. I highly recommend their lobster and ginger, or their lobster with xo sauce. Either or is fine.“

“Once again found ourselves down in Philly to get some care for the hatchling. Took like a year to get there, do y'all basically just live in your cars in perpetuity on the highways there, geeze.

Anyways, once we got in we were looking for food and settled on this restaurant. It had the vibes of being authentic Chinese cuisine and it didn't disappoint. We got a dry pot, beef noodle soup, and beef lo mein. Everything was delicious and full of flavor, the aromatics alone were getting us all salivating before the first bite.

There was some spice too which is nice but my wife said it could be more spicy lol. Still, was very flavorful and fresh. Would love to have such a place near our lair.“
