“This Dunkin’ is hands down my favorite location—the best in the area by far! The food and drinks are always fresh, consistent, and made quickly, even when the line is long or it’s super busy. I never worry about the quality here, because the team keeps everything moving smoothly without cutting corners.

What really makes this Dunkin’ special is the people who work here. The employees are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. They go out of their way to make sure every customer has a great experience, and that makes such a difference.

I especially want to recognize Bryn, who is absolutely incredible!!!! My son has a food allergy, and she always takes such great care to make sure his food is safe. As soon as I call after placing an order, she already knows to prepare his hashbrowns on fresh paper and package them separately. That level of thoughtfulness, consistency, and attention to detail means so much to me as a parent. It gives me peace of mind and makes me feel valued as a customer.

Because of Bryn and the rest of the amazing team here, I won’t go to another Dunkin’ in the area. They’ve created such a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and I truly appreciate how kind, attentive, and dedicated they are every single visit. This location deserves to be recognized for the outstanding service they provide—it’s the kind of experience that keeps people coming back again and again!“

“Dottie’s Donuts are the best donuts in Philadelphia. I’ll take the Pepsi Challenge to the crap they sell at Dunkin and I’d pick Dottie’s every single time. They’re quite possibly the greatest donuts in the state of Pennsylvania, which would immediately place them in the state national treasure donut contest. “Decided to try a Korean hot dog, mochi ice cream and mochi donut tonight. Holy 🐄. The potato hot dog was 💣! Salty hot dog in crunchy, slightly sweet fried shell-mmmmm!!!! The mochi donut (got coffee flavored, which has a Lotus cookie on top 🤤) had the most amazing, chewy consistency in a donut that I'd ever experienced. The only thing I didn't care for was the mochi ice cream. The outer dough was gummy, and it reminded me of fondant icing. The atmosphere is very take-out/nowhere you'd want to hang out in-plan to pick-up. Definitely going back! Try it! (Ate too fast for 📸!)“

Then I went and sat in my car until my appointment. My visit at Dunkin was good. A good experience here today. I tipped the coffee staff. “When I walked in to pick up my mobile order, I noticed the only employee there on the floor on a prayer mat. I gave him time to finish his prayer and he stood up and asked if I was waiting for an order. After he gave me my food and coffee, I walked out, but just as I left I noticed he had put his prayer mat on the shelves where the mobile orders go. The mat had just been on the floor, and now was on a shelf that holds people's food. I am all for religious freedom, but store employees can practice their religion and keep a sanitary environment, too. He should have placed the prayer mat in a discreet corner where customers won't see.“

“I shouldn't say this too loudly but...rushing every morning to get Dunkin and be on time for work is hard enough - add the density of the Philadelphia region, people rushing and rude and sometimes a Dunkin parking lot can mirror one of Donte's Levels of Hell.
However, last year I found this magical Dunkin Donuts. It was the morning rush, and here's a Dunkin with no drive-thru on a busy Pike, yet somehow most mornings it is not insanely crowded and always operates smoothly.

But this isn't what makes this Dunkin Donuts awesomely different. Those that work at this Dunkin are super kind and amazingly hard working. The shop is always sparking clean and the employees are beyond helpful, polite, courteous and cool :)

So just wanted to say thank you very much. I may not know names but seeing the same smiling faces every morning is a nice way to start the work day. So thank you so much for everything!

“The quality of the food/drink is on par with all other Dunkin’s. This location is very small, but you are able to order ahead on the app, so you won’t need to wait inside too long. They accept Amex credits, and I am rebated $7 per month at this location!“
