“The BEST ice cream in the world! While turning onto the driveway to the Lapp farm we knew it would be special. There is meticulous grounds, farm cats and dogs, you can feed the cows and walk around the property. There is a drive through too for convenience but we like sitting on their enclosed porch and enjoy the views. On some days you may see cats walking around pleading for a taste of your ice cream and a dog sleeping (snoring). The store has freshly made waffle cones, fresh milk to drink there or take home. The chocolate milk tastes like a shake. If we could find a dry ice company near by we would take gallons of ice cream back home. It's the best!3/26/24 Update: Been coming here for over 15 years. Best of the best. If I were to ever start my own ice cream store in New Jersey, I would work a deal with Lapps to sell their brand in my shop.“
“Delicious food! Clean restaurant. Friendly, efficient service! There are times I have waited in line for a little while, especially summer evenings when folks are out for ice cream. I'm always impressed at how quickly they move the line. Pretzels wraps are amazing! Ice cream desserts are great!“
“Attended a company party in their event space "down under" the regular shop. Such an entertaining evening the owners shared the history of the building and historical photos decorated the room along with news articles some about the jail cell still visible. Service was top notch with servers checking that our family style meal was meeting our desires. Easy recommendation for your next event. Only disadvantage to the comforting food, maple bacon crack, soft pretzel bites, Pulled Pork, mac and cheese, baked corn and desserts being so tasty was I have no pictures of them. Chocolate cake with Peanut Butter Icing and chocolate chip pie were accompanied by vanilla ice cream that was packed with flavor yet not overly rich or sweet. Going there again soon!“
“Came here for the second time and was able to try their ice cream for the first time. I ordered a bowl of 2 scoops- marshmallow chocolate and peanut butter ripple, which cost a little less than $5. What's hot - Quality of ice cream. I really enjoyed the flavors I got! Their marshmallow chocolate was actually marshmallowy. The chocolate flavor wasn't too sweet and didn't overpower the marshmallow, either, which I enjoyed. Their peanut butter ripple appears to be a very popular flavor, because the bucket was practically empty by the time I ordered, which was close to closing time. The consistency of the peanut butter ripple is the best! The peanut butter is not too creamy and sweet; it had a hint of saltiness. - Variety of options at store. In addition to the ice cream, they sell meals and snacks, including bubble tea; the latter, of which, I'm very hesitant in trying. There are also many grocery options, like regular pies, whoopie pies, Jams, jellies, savory snacks, etc.... - Price. Pretty reasonable, depending on what you're getting. Paying $5 for my 2 scoops of ice cream is good value for money, especially given the quality of the ice cream. - Holiday hours. They were open the day after Christmas, which was great. I asked them why they're open and Emma's Popcorn was not. One of the staff told me they're staffed with Mennonites, so; it sounds like their hours may be more flexible. What's not - Regular store hours. Even though they are staffed with Mennonites, keep in mind their hours aren't too flexible, in that they don't open past a certain time. - Location. Depending on where you're coming from, this place may be out of your way. Additionally, they're not conveniently located to other shops. Final Answer Definitely plan on returning.“
“Love Dyers! We have since moved from the area but the rare times we find ourselves back, Dyers is our first stop. It's nothing fancy to look at but the food sure is. Don't let appearances keep you from going in. Not only is their food delicious, but you get a generous portion for the money and the service is great. The girls are all very friendly. Be sure to bring cash for a tip. Special note for gluten free/celiac...they have dedicated fryers for their fries and wings. I also enjoy getting a cheesesteak bowl. You won't miss the roll!“

“If you want ice cream, go here! I could write a total blog about my reasons on why you should go, but just do it. Really great ice cream with wonderful people behind the counter. Plus, the nut cone is just delicious! Absolutely amazing! It tastes like they’re homemade and dipped in chocolate and nuts while you wait. I got half and half with peanut butter over the top. Omg I’d rather be fat and happy then go without ever eating here! Plus, they give you little cone holders so that there’s no leakage. I drive while eating, but had to stop to truly savor the cone! I could just come and buy a cone, so good!! Thank you for my curves Bell!“
“Its good. Great service specially the young man with glasses. Con is the girl who was working with him, maybe she is new but she does not know how to talk to customers. I think she might have brain freeze from ice cream or something but she can not look people in the nor hold a conversation. But hey ya still get 4 stars the custard is great.“
