Great coffee and inviting atmosphere! It’s in a nice location and easy to access, this coffee shop really puts effort into being apart of the community.
My twin sister and I frequent Gettysburg at least once a year, if not more, for our girl trips. It is our happy place. Bantam is our first and last stop when we arrive and leave town. Legitimately the BEST coffee we have ever had! The menu, no matter the season, is so unique and delicious!! The employees and owners are all so lovely. The atmosphere, the energy, the drinks…you cannot beat it. Wish we lived closer so we could enjoy it more often!
We visit here whenever we are in Gettysburg! We love the drinks and atmosphere! Today when we visited my 12 year old had a spill with his cup and his cup split. The staff were so understanding and kind and gave him a new drink! We love coming here!

Bantam Coffee Roasters, formerly known as Eighty-Two Cafe, is a charming spot in Gettysburg for coffee and quick bites. The friendly staff handle orders with care, though some may seem a bit reserved. The reasonable prices and local art for sale add to the cozy atmosphere. Despite occasional new staff jitters, regulars appreciate the consistent quality and service, making Bantam their top choice for coffee in town.
The espresso is praised as some of the best in the area, and the mocha is rich and creamy. The menu features unique offerings like the espresso soda with lemon cold foam called meringue fizz. Customers also enjoy the banana cake dessert and the wide selection of items available for purchase, from jewelry to books and mushroom ground coffee. While the bathrooms can be a bit chilly, the overall atmosphere and energy are highly praised by loyal customers who frequent the cafe during their visits to Gettysburg.
