I took back a chicken sandwich I got the night before and showed the guy at the window that it was rock hard and even roll was stale & I only ate one bite. he said no problem I will get you another one I said thanks Plus I all so ordered $18 of more food then Carson Comes & says if you didn't call yesterday too bad & no one called yesterday. Got here at 6:10 pm and the place is empty... however we wanted a 16 piece meal and they are out of almost every type of chicken and biscuits... asked to speak to a manager and when we told him we paid for over $50 of food and all but half of it they are out of we were offered cake... cake for dinner. He also stated he didn’t realize how low on things they were. I would understand if it was close to closing time but it’s dinner time... you are KFC how can you be out of chicken??
