“i was having a horrible day after my car broke down and i was stuck in the parking lot for a few hours so i decided to come into starbucks for a hot drink. steve greeted me with a smile and flipped my day back upright for me, he was so nice and friendly and made me smile as i was leaving. he is the best!!“

“I placed a mobile order at the wrong location. Totally my fault, and I was told that they don't own the other location so there wasn't nothing they could technically do. They ended up making my exact order and not charging me anything for my mistake. They didn't have to do anything, but they went above and beyond to help me in the situation I put myself in.“
