“My sisters and I were so excited to see a sign on the highway that said that there was a Friendly's restaurant close by. We are from Northeast Ohio, and all the Friendly's restaurants in our area closed decades ago. We have very fond memories of taking our children to Friendly's, so even though we weren't hungry, we couldn't pass up an opportunity to get our Friendly's on! We were greeted by a knowledgeable young man (a manager maybe?) who told us new Friendly's restaurants were opening up elsewhere, giving us hope that maybe one could be coming back to Ohio. We had a lovely young server named Cadence who answered our numerous questions and enthusiastically provided us with the extras we requested. She was a genuinely curious and interested young person who went above and beyond to make these old ladies' dining experience very enjoyable. We highly recommend asking for Cadence by name when going to this Friendly's. And tell her we sent you - we think she might remember us!“

“So yesterday I went there with my wife and three kids as we got in we were greeted immediately with great service and a smile from our cashier we ordered about $80 worth of food to eat in which I thought was nice that you have a option to eat out side so that’s what we did
We had to wait about 30-40 mins for our food cause they had a new cook on but LET ME SAY THIS I would wait 2 hrs for those burgers if I had to next time!!!! Those burgers were the best burgers I ever had in my entire life and I’m 38 years old!!!! Today we went to Dave and busters and got almost the same thing some burgers and the first thing my kids said was these burgers aren’t even close to how good DQ burgers were lol but all in all a great experience and they gave us any ice cream the kids wanted for free!!
I’m a GM for a kfc in Kingston and let me tell u something those employees you had went above and beyond!!! Great work DQ! I’ll drive 30 mins again to eat there!“

“We took our granddaughter for an after dinner treat on Tuesday evening. Fella was our server, he was so kind.
Our granddaughter could not make up her mind what flavor she wanted so he offered to make her an ice with all 3 of the flavors. That was really nice of him and made her so happy.
