“Never had a problem here in the years I've driven through or sat in with my kids. It's unfortunate they have such poor reviews. After reading through a lot of the reviews, I'd have to say most of the people complaining seem poor in character ✅“

Kid-friendliness: Easy to order a la cart and always positive employees.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 ramps on the sidewalk to the building for wheelchairs and 3 tables marked specially for wheelchair accessibility.“

“I was very pleased with my service at the dairy Queen. At the last minute I realized I was going to be throwing a small birthday party. I called the dairy Queen the evening before. They couldn't get an ice cream cake for me immediately, but they told me to come back the next morning at noon, which was a Saturday. They were able to put the party boys name on the cake. They also had birthday candles. One less stop for me to make. They also had several varieties of candles to choose from. And I can honestly say I have never been let down by a dairy Queen ice cream birthday cake! I can't thank them enough!“

“I really enjoy eating here. The Chicago dog is very good and I like the chili bean soup, which is more like traditional chili and not the Coney sauce. The regular French fries come in an overflowing boat and is a very good deal for $2.99 Being located near Erie, PA I wish they had a traditional "Smith's" hot dog that Erie is noted for. Staff is very friendly and helpful for suggesting popular items. Building is set up like a traditional diner and is in good condition and was a Burger King in the years before. Overall enjoyable food stop.“

“Have Been here 50+ times in the past 10 years. Food is hot and fresh 95% of the time in my experience. Dining in, just had my food brought to my table and the person who delivered it was very nice, asked if I needed anything, and had a smile on her face. All of the food is fresh. A++“

I got the wrong sandwich made my most recent time around. They recently hired a guy who doesn't understand english very well, but that didn't bother me. Please be patient with him. Its not the end of the world, you're a Subway“
