“Loved dropping in here on a Saturday. Very relaxed vibes walking in here, perfect for a relaxed meet up, coffee or quick bite. My wife and I ordered the Ume Plum Tea, Vietnamese Latte, Khang’s Special Banh Mi, Crispy Tofu Banh Mi, and Doenjang Butter Fries. The Ume Plum Tea is so unique, and their Vietnamese Latte is the best I’ve had. Their food portions are big, and will definitely leave you full. Highly recommend this place!“

“My husband and I went to Meadowlark Bakery and Cafe this morning after learning that they hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for those who needed a place to go. We try to support places that support those in the community and do good. We’ve been there before for coffee and pastries, which are amazing, but we never had any other food. We have been missing out! We both got a breakfast sandwich and they were amazing! My biscuit was light and buttery, our eggs were perfectly fried, and both sandwiches had generous amounts of breakfast meat and came with tots. They had a wonderful Santa for the kids and a nice warm enclosed area for eating. Meadowlark, thank you for being a part of our community and helping those in need. It does not go unnoticed and we will absolutely be back to support you, your business, delicious food, and the good you are doing!“

“The first time I went I had to wait about 25 minutes for my food because there were many orders ahead of time which I didn’t know about . Once I received my food it was delicious , making the wait worth it . They were nice and is careful with your food . They are so not stingy at all with the sandwiches .
I do recommend ordering ahead of time !“

On one occasion my partner rushed in to let our toddler use the toilet then offered to buy something but was met with reassurances there was no need. He gave her a free coffee.

While the cafes I’ve been to in that state are good, this place didn’t water it down, and I didn’t even ask for strong black coffee like I normally would in Illinois. Very polite people! “I love Adelie Coffee House. The coffee is simply delicious! It's rich, smooth, aromatic, soothing - like a warm blanket fresh out of the dryer. I've only tried the cheese danish. It was very good. The baristas are great - all of them. The coffee house itself is bare bones, yet clean and cozy. You have the option to sit outside if you like. Ended up going home with a bag of honey processed beans and a persistent hankering for another visit. “I came in at the end of a run and had a tough time choosing- everything looked super fresh and delicious. It’s rare to find homestyle, healthy food, and Greek!

I had a bowl with chicken, potatoes, veg, whipped feta, and took a pastry and frappe to go.

The people were super nice, and indoor and outdoor dining space bright and clean.

“The space is beautiful and thoughtfully curated. I ordered a tea and rather than being handed a cup of hot water with a tea bag in it, the tea was properly steeped with the tea bag removed so that I could enjoy without worrying about it being oversteeped—such a helpful touch!!“

“The Love. was simply incredible! We came here with our 6 year old son. Our waiter was fabulous and very accommodating to our 6 year old which you don’t always find in Rittenhouse. The atmosphere was light and airy and the food was great! Make sure to try their Dubai Chocolate Sundae and if you’re going with children they do have special kids cups and will accommodate the menu for them.“

They were honest and said one felt hard and dry, so they suggested another flavor that wasn’t. That impressed us. I like that they have some light lunch food, although they tend to be on the pricier side — think avocado toast, lox plate, other cute hip upscale small plates. They have good wifi but weak AC so it gets pretty hot during the summer.“
