“I was a bit hesitant to visit this Burger King after seeing its surprisingly low rating of 2.6 on Google and Apple Maps. My expectations were very low!
But!
The staff was friendly, and Kendall, who served us, was particularly polite and attentive—thank you, Kendall! He was even delivering orders outside for customers to clear the line on the drive through. The food was prepared in a timely manner. The restaurant itself was clean, which is always a good sign.

I noticed some complaints about long wait times, but honestly, if you want freshly cooked food, a bit of a wait is expected. Perhaps I got lucky, or maybe some reviewers have unrealistic expectations for fast food. This is, after all, a Burger King, not a Michelin restaurant.

Overall, my experience was much better than the reviews led me to expect. I wouldn’t hesitate to stop by again!“

“AMAZING FOOD!!! Everything is so fresh! They change their frying oil EVERY DAY… that is unheard of in the restaurant industry!! Also, my salad was super fresh, like veggies just cut fresh! Fried Oreo’s are the best we have had & as good as when we ate at the E Carson location!! This location & the Southside location are both great!! Fantastic owner’s & employees… they are always pleasant & accommodating!!! 1000% MUST TRY… trust me!!! Oh & they are open super late!!!!

“We visited on April 16, 2025 as part of a high school band trip of 60 students, staff, & chaperones coming home from Washington, D.C. We made a huge crowd inside the restaurant. Some of us ordered on the app. We were all served within approx 15min. It was very efficient & good food quality. The restaurant & bathrooms were clean & staff were friendly.“

“The standard Chick-fil-A experience. Polite staff, fast service, and consistent food. One of the only places to grab some gluten free options when out and about. A little higher priced than other places but you know what you are getting. Salads offer a healthier option -just go light on the dressing.“

“Holy crap, was this chicken good. Cole slaw and garlic bread and fries. Really rounds out the meal. Place was packed at 10 on a Monday. It is a college town and they were college kids, but it was still really good. And perfect after concert food.“

“I went to Chick-fil-A yesterday to pick up a catering order for work. Let me just tell you, I had the best experience. Our business credit card wasn't really working to pay for the catering order, so I was causing a little hold up, but they were so kind, patient, and helpful to me. The supervisor, David, helped me with everything and even offered me a drink. After we finally got it sorted, I went to sit down and wait for my order. I was looking around during this time and taking note of my surroundings, and I came to notice that all of the workers were just being so kind and actually seemed to be enjoying their job. I know that's the Chick-fil-A standard, but it was just really nice to see. My catering order was done early, and David even gave us a complimentary tray of cookies for my boss and my troubles, and he helped me take my order to my car. All in all, this was a wonderful experience, and Chick-fil-A McKnight has some wonderful workers/staff. Will definitely be going back there!“

“Best fast food hamburger in town. Tenders are a bit pricey but are excellent. The $5 lunch is a great deal.

Update for 2024, food is still great but, like everywhere else, expensive. Bathroom is terrible though, really needs to be updated.“

“A solid 4 stars all the way around. The chicken is cooked perfectly and not too dry. I also thought the coleslaw was a nice touch and very good. The fries and sauces were average. Some improvement needed there. The decor and cleanliness were spot on. Would highly recommend.“

Anyway this waterfront location are top notch, I ordered my same funny lil order and they actually put the salt packets into a separate little baggie and put that baggie into the big food bag. “Daughter got the steak rice bowl and loved it. Wife got the fajita burrito and loved it and I got the chimichunga and it was amazing. We also shared the guac and chips and that was excellent!

Overall the price is good and the food is big. This is definitely our go to place when at the mall!“

“First time ever at a Raising Cane's. Great chicken tenders. They are beefy chicken breast tenders with a light, crunchy batter. It gives you the crunch and flavor of fried chicken without being oily or soggy, but not so much that it seems like you are eating fried batter with some chicken. Great fries and the sauce served with the tenders was great.

The restaurant was clean. The service was quick, polite and professional - which seems to be a rarity these days.

“Some of the best burgers I've had, nice hotdogs as well. My partner had one of their new veggie burgers last time and she loved it.
It's nice that they always ask before adding toppings or condiments, my partner can't have mayo and some other places will just slap it on without asking.
Overall, really good food, pretty damn quick at a damn good price. Can't recommend enough.

“I’ve been to many Blaze Pizza locations and this one may have been a little messy, but the pizza was great! I asked for my pizza well-done and they did that perfectly. They offer vegan cheese and vegan chorizo as toppings, and many veggie topping options. We will definitely come back.“

“Was in and out pretty fast. Never a lot of people here when I go. I never have any issues with the food. I also get the beef and cheddar or the gyros. Parking lot is very little and the drive through is narrow. The restrooms are a bit awkward... at least the ladies room. There are 2 toilets but it is wide open. I like coming here.“

The staff do a phenomenal job here and make this place the best one out of all the ones I've been to. It's always clean, the food is really good, and service is top notch. “The people working at Jersey Mike's on Saturday evening, July 18 2020 went above and beyond for us. I placed an online order and on our way to get the order the vehicle we were driving in broke down. I called and explained the situation because I knew we wouldn't get there before close. The person I spoke with was so kind and assured me I could still get my order. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get there at all and when I called to explain and offer my order to the closing team, the person who answered was again so kind and offered to refund my order even though I had no intention of asking for that. It was just a nice gesture and the care they showed for our situation was amazing. I will make sure to order from them more often! Thanks guys!“
