“We chose to eat here for lunch for my husband’s birthday at 11:30 on a Sunday, with a party of 11. We knew this was a large ask! The hostesses were wonderful and quickly got us a table all together even though we said separate tables close to each other would be fine! The food came out in a timely manner and was all delicious. Even my picky eater nearly cleared her plate! Everyone was incredibly kind and patient. They were also very helpful with my nephew’s dairy allergy. We live near Pittsburgh and would (and will) happily take the hour drive to enjoy this place again!“

“Eagle sub x dressing .....and girls already know when they see me! Friendly and fast! Great employees fir sure!!! They need a big raise or atleast get your debit card machine to let us add tip for them. I never carry cash., and they deserve it. And im always rushing with work and never think or have time to stop to get cash...hell I dont really have time to get sub...but to good to pass up!!! Keep up the great service girls! 🙂“

“Had a great steak at the restaurant and just based on the steak, it would receive 5 stars. The steak was tender and cooked perfectly to order. The potato was good as well. The reason for the 4 stars is the soup and salad bar, which offers lower end fare from the food supplier. I worked for a food supplier and can always tell when restaurants choose to serve the lower priced options. I understand the reasons for cost cutting, but it definitely brings the dining experience down a notch.
That being said, it was still a very enjoyable dinner, and the steak made up for any shortcomings of the salad bar. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a good steak at a fair price.“

“We haven’t been to Rachael’s in awhile Amy was such a great Waitress (32years). We went for my wife’s Birthday. We both got the 8oz. Sirloin Steak with 6 beautiful Shrimp! Wow! The Chef prepared everything to perfection! We brought half of it home and had it with our eggs for breakfast. We highly recommend Rachael’s. I was shocked to find out that John McKinley passed away last August. I did flooring for Marett’s for 32 years and worked in all of his restaurants and his home he was always kind to us and we became friends. What an excellent group of Restaurants. Thank you all.“

“2 nights before Christmas, we got right in and served quickly. The atmosphere here is awesome if you like rustic cabin/ski resort feels. Make no mistake though, its a top notch restaurant. Lexi was our waitress and she was so polite, gracious and quick. They have an asset in her attention to detail, recommendations and just overall making us feel welcome. The menu is not huge but there's something for everyone. We had the full rack of ribs with asparagus, a grilled chicken salad, two red wines and a seasonal Cinnamon Whisky Sour. Everything was delicious, cooked well, and that whisky sour was wow-memorable. We usually go to Rachel's down the road (owned by the same company) but will definitely start going here more often! “We love the dinner specials here. The staff is friendly and efficient and the food is great. Alcohol prices are good. But the bathrooms really need more attention. It doesn’t seem like they are regularly cleaned. We do like the new tables though. Maybe the bathrooms are next on the upgrade list.“

“Food was amazing. Walking into a team of hostess people who were not welcoming in the slightest was a little annoying. Walking through such a grand entrance I expected more, but i guess thats what you get with teenagers now a days. Our server was very kind but definitely felt rushed she brought the bill mid way through the meal as if we were there for lunch. Didn't even bother to ask of we wanted more drinks or even dessert. Im thinking it was the end of her shift maybe, but still not what I was expecting from such a nice place. Cheers to the chefs that made the experience worth coming back to.“

“Very disappointed. I'm there every Saturday with my sister who is challenged & has dementia. Just because I took her to the ladies room before paying the bill . ( all my belongings purse, phone etc left at table) a comment was made about walking out and not paying the bill. I watched a waitress (from the door of the hallway to the bathrooms) walk over to the booth and see my purse & still make a comment. No apologies when I said something. She walked away and nobody else said anything. Very rude of them. Other than that the food & my waitress was great. (God has put it in my heart to forgive. I forgive & may God Bless you all )“

“Went to North Country Brewing with my family. The half BBQ chicken was exceptional. My husband had the strip steak and thoroughly enjoyed it. Daughter stepped out of her culinary comfort zone and ordered the elk bolognese which was delicious. The other daughter had the fish dinner -' very tasty. The fried green bean app was paired with a horseradish sauce. North Country should bottle the sauce and sell it! All in all, delightful meals, prompt and attentive waiter, and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend!“
