“We did lunch here, three generations. An author, an artist and a soccer player enjoyed a friendly server and great food. Big burgers and loved the smashed potato.“

“We had dinner here for the first time. We drove from Columbus, Ohio.
Our waitress was Lydia! She was kind, attentive and thoughtful! She checked on us making sure everything was to our liking a few times, genuinely talking.
She was very respectful and friendly really wonderful, kind, and pleasant. I literally had to do a double take cause I thought I seen her cleaning the table next to me but saw her go in the back.... And to my surprise find out there are triplets (identical ) working there that was so fascinating to me. There was a lot of good things to choose from the menu. The salad bar/ buffet was fully stocked and fresh. The soups are delicious especially the potato soup yummy!! Ordered the ribeye and it was so soft and juicy melted in my mouth.
I want to thank everyone who cooks as well. I'd hire you for my chef!! Every meal tasted amazing!! We appreciate you and the good job you did, too!!!

“We chose to eat here for lunch for my husband’s birthday at 11:30 on a Sunday, with a party of 11. We knew this was a large ask! The hostesses were wonderful and quickly got us a table all together even though we said separate tables close to each other would be fine! The food came out in a timely manner and was all delicious. Even my picky eater nearly cleared her plate! Everyone was incredibly kind and patient. They were also very helpful with my nephew’s dairy allergy. We live near Pittsburgh and would (and will) happily take the hour drive to enjoy this place again!“

“Eagle sub x dressing .....and girls already know when they see me! Friendly and fast! Great employees fir sure!!! They need a big raise or atleast get your debit card machine to let us add tip for them. I never carry cash., and they deserve it. And im always rushing with work and never think or have time to stop to get cash...hell I dont really have time to get sub...but to good to pass up!!! Keep up the great service girls! 🙂“

“We love their lunch deal, weekday salad bar for $9.99 and added a burger on for $2.50. Took the kids for lunch (5 and under eat salad bar for free). Diane was our waitress. She was so sweet and friendly and kept up with refills and taking plates away. Great selection and great prices. Definitely will be back.“

“We haven’t been to Rachael’s in awhile Amy was such a great Waitress (32years). We went for my wife’s Birthday. We both got the 8oz. Sirloin Steak with 6 beautiful Shrimp! Wow! The Chef prepared everything to perfection! We brought half of it home and had it with our eggs for breakfast. We highly recommend Rachael’s. I was shocked to find out that John McKinley passed away last August. I did flooring for Marett’s for 32 years and worked in all of his restaurants and his home he was always kind to us and we became friends. What an excellent group of Restaurants. Thank you all.“

“We love the dinner specials here. The staff is friendly and efficient and the food is great. Alcohol prices are good. But the bathrooms really need more attention. It doesn’t seem like they are regularly cleaned. We do like the new tables though. Maybe the bathrooms are next on the upgrade list.“

“Very disappointed. I'm there every Saturday with my sister who is challenged & has dementia. Just because I took her to the ladies room before paying the bill . ( all my belongings purse, phone etc left at table) a comment was made about walking out and not paying the bill. I watched a waitress (from the door of the hallway to the bathrooms) walk over to the booth and see my purse & still make a comment. No apologies when I said something. She walked away and nobody else said anything. Very rude of them. Other than that the food & my waitress was great. (God has put it in my heart to forgive. I forgive & may God Bless you all )“

“It was absolute perfection in what we have come to expect from fine dining. The food was all there in the way that it was prepared and seasoned. My partner had the lamb drumsticks over risotto and I had the cheese ravioli with grilled chicken. We were both extremely impressed.

As for the server Delanie, which we had the honor of her helping us, she went above and beyond. When serving the coffee and setting them down, she was careful about placing them on the saucer so there would be no chance of spilling the hot beverage on anyone. If I could I would rate her thinking out of the box as a hostess 20 out of 5.“

“This place is amazing! I was just passing through town on my way west and wanted to find a good place for dinner and boy did I pick the right one! I am vegetarian and I got a falafel burger. You can get just about anything on their menu with a plant-based option. They have falafel and vegan chicken! My falafel burger was huge and very tasty! It came with fresh cut fries which were just about the best fries I've ever had!! I told the wonderful server that I wish this place were closer to my home so I could visit more often!! I didn't try any of the beer, but they had some pretty amazing looking options!“
