“Drove from Ohio to visit Grove City Outlets and before we headed home stopped for dinner at Primanti's. This was on the recommendation of a friend who raved about the fantastic sandwich she had there - like twenty years ago! We were not disappointed!! My turkey bacon sandwich was fantastic with the slaw and fries on it. It was so huge I almost immediately asked for a box when I saw it. And then I proceeded to eat the whole thing. The Reubens and Roast Beef also got rave reviews at our table! Go there!“
“This is a great location! Francisco is an awesome person! Always very accomadating and friendly. Never have I had a bad experience with him. Professional and a great cook! My cheesesteaks are always top quality and made the way I like them! Francisco really goes above and beyond. This location can get busy at times being in the outlet mall. Please be patient. They will get to you as quickly as possible. Trust me, it will be worth the wait. Plus, there's no need to give someone a hard time that really takes care of his customers! “The employee Molly I noticed was very much pulling her weight when I came in to her handling a multhitude of customers by herself, you could see she was stressing a bit but she continued to put out sub after sub in great timing to keep the line moving without missing a single thing, anyway such a nice woman and a wonderful employee amazing multitasker and very generous she deserves much respect for how she handles pressure in the work environment.“
“I have eaten at more subways than I can count, and I just had the best customer service I’ve ever had at one at this location. Maybe it was because I beat the lunchtime rush, but I’d like to believe it’s just the way she is.I was helped by a woman called Twig. She was welcoming, kind, accommodating, and doing her best to make sure the sandwich was exactly how I wanted it. She asked me multiple follow up questions, including whether I wanted it toasted with some veggies, whether I wanted lite, medium or heavy on different veggies, and whether I wanted the footling bagged as two separate sandwiches. All throughout she was pleasant, warm, and smiling. She said she wanted to make sure my lunch was just right. She also let me know that if I use the app, I could get a free footlong next time.I can’t remember the last time I had such a pleasant time ordering food. I don’t pass through here all too often, but I don’t think I’ll ever be able to pass this city without thinking of Subway and Twig.“
“Sometimes i think about this place while put on the open road. A++++ the food is amazing but theres more, the staff are absolutely the cutest and set a tone for the whole place. Its always nice to be and plenty of subs to eat. 10/10 highly recommend.“
