“What a pleasant surprise with the interior design! I’ve always known most Subway locations for their dull lighting and somewhat plain atmosphere, but as soon as I walked into this one, I was in awe of the fresh, modern design.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch footlong, and it was absolutely delicious. I also grabbed a couple of cookies — which are usually my go-to at Subway — and they didn’t disappoint. Kristi, who took my order, was amazing! She went above and beyond with her customer service — working hard even when no one was watching — and served with a beautiful smile. In my opinion, employees like Kristi are the reason customers keep coming back, and I truly hope upper management recognizes her dedication with a well-deserved raise or promotion.

The only minor thing was that it felt a bit chilly inside, but I still enjoyed the sunlight streaming through the windows, the new seating, the tasty food, and the warm, welcoming service. Definitely worth a visit!“

“come to this Wendy’s twice a day, every day. I work from the dining room, so I see and hear a lot more than someone who just pops in once a week. That’s why I want to take a moment to shout out the amazing team at this location. It’s easy to judge from the outside, but this crew works incredibly hard. I’ve watched them deal with rude, impatient, and downright nasty customers—and still handle every situation with professionalism and kindness. The manager, Christine, especially deserves recognition. I’ve seen her deal with some really tough situations, but she doesn’t let it affect her attitude or her team. Are they perfect every single day? Of course not—nobody is. But overall, this is a group of people who consistently show up and give it their best. They know their regulars, learn your name, remember your order, and genuinely ask how you’re doing. “This McDonald's location is conveniently located right off of interstate 81. We recently stopped here while traveling and the service was very quick, the employees were friendly and the food was hot and fresh. I would definitely recommend them as a pit stop along the highway.“

“I dont eat at McDonalds very often, but In all of Broome County, NY the Windsor location is the only store that I will order from, despite it being a longer drive. I ALWAYS get a Big Mac and it comes out CONSISTENTLY well.made. AND Big macs can be messy by nature. Bit at the Windsor stire they add all the rught amounts of condiments. I have gone to many others in the area and their sandwiches come out sloppy and barely edible. KUDOS to whoever is responsible (Owner, management, employees) for the care that goes into making their food like it should be made. Thank you Windsor Mc Donalds!! Excellent!!“
