“I had such a wonderful, unexpected experience at this pizza place! By chance, I met the owners and they invited me and my husband to try their pizza, and it is now definitely my favorite pizza I’ve ever had! The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and every bite showed the care they put into it. The prices were comparable to corporate owned chains but the quality was astronomically better than any other place I’ve been to. Having moved here from the West Coast I have been enjoying the opportunity to try new restaurants especially cuisine not as easy to come by back in our hometown. The owner spun the dough right in front of us, and it was clear how proud he is of his restaurant. He welcomed every customer with genuine warmth, making the atmosphere truly enjoyable. It felt like an authentic Italian experience, full of heart and passion. I can’t wait to go back and I am happy to know they even offer delivery! There isn't a dish I wouldn't recommend, but if I had to give recognition to one dish I would tell you that "Il Toscano" (the Tuscan Rib-eye) should be on your must have list. “So, let me start off by saying that I did enjoy the pizza here, it was very good, but unfortunately it is not Old Forge style pizza. I’m from NEPA and have had pretty much every old forge pizza around including the biggies like Revellos, A&G, Cafe Rinaldi, Salernos, and Callarussos of Avoca. This pizza is more along the lines of a “NEPA fried Sicilian style”. Think Pizza Perfect, pizza Loven, Sparetime in Dallas. A bit of a greasier crust, and missing the true sharp American cheese blend that sticks to the roof of your mouth and what makes an Old Forge pizza an Old Forge pizza. Again, the pizza was very good, and I do like a NEPA fried Sicilian, it’s just not the same as Old Forge.“

“This is a good neighbor spot. The regular pizza is a very basic NYC that could be a little bland, but definitely not bad. The white pizza is very good, but the grandma is the star of the show. The grandma is the most flavorful pizza I have tried from here and all the ingredients go great together. Sauce and crust are better than on the regular. It is more pricey but worth the upgrade!“

“Went in for a slide and got the meat lovers thick crust. Large piece for $3.98 with tax. While waiting I was shocked to see the very large menu of subs, cold and hot, salads and Strombolis. Casual setting if you dine in with great 80s music and sever was great. I was feeling like I walked into a joint in NYC the minute I opened the door and when I saw the sever wearing a NY cap, I figured I was right on with a smile on my face.“

Apps were awesome…we had the pretzels and the cheesesteak egg rolls. My friend had wings and said they were good as well. Everything was reasonably priced and the service was impeccable. Definitely recommend that you check it out. They have Italian entrees and a dining room as well (that I believe is open on the weekends) and I can only imagine that the entrees would be just as good. “Our group tried to make reservations for March 16, 2024. This business was called and a female answered and stated the Manager would call back, he never did. She called back and the male manager answered and stated that he called her back two days prior. She only called the day before. Then he said he called he back the day she called and she told him that he did not. So a lieing manager. We we had 15 people interested in coming to your establishment, I would think it would have been a couple hundred dollars, but you refused us. YOUR LOSS. Hopefully anyone from our group will never patronize your business. It would have been my first time since we are driving to meet the others that are from Duncansville/Altoona area. I would give you a ZERO review. The business down the street was more than happy to accommodate us with open arms. YOUR LOSS!“
