“So I’ve been here many time what made it special because of many reasons. I wanted to try an old-fashioned here, but they decided to use a local distillery which was prepared to perfection because of the balance of alcohol, flavor, and the Woodford reserve cherry juice. Ksenia did an amazing job, serving unique drinks, and Tina provided awesome service. There was no mess on attention to detail. The pizza was great and actually we asked for it to be heated up, which put it a little more crisp on it. Which if you want to order pizza I would ask for a little extra crispy. Awesome place awesome service in the Mechanicsburg area.“

“Absolutely the best pizza I've had in Pennsylvania! They had several by-the-slice options of NYC hand tossed, deep dish and "Grandma's" pizza. I had cheese and my daughter had a steak and fries slice. Both were amazing. Their garlic knots are incredible! It's just an average looking little pizza shop (plenty of seating, fine for kids, standard decor). But it's a hidden gem! I live 40 minutes away but I will be coming back!!!! It's soooo good!“

“I visited here on a Tuesday at 6pm for a work-related and social gathering. The service and food were quite good, yet even on a weekday and being upstairs, the decibel level was rather high dye to it also being a bar. The menu selection was more than adequate and prices reasonable. Street parking can be a challenge, however I found a safe spot about one block away, and parking was free after 5pm on weekdays. The restroom was clean, and I find this important in that if management doesn't prioritize bathrooms, they may not value kitchen cleanliness either, but maybe that's just me. I give it a 4 star and not a 5 due to noise“

“It's only been a year so far, but this establishment has consistently brutalized my palate with the BEST FOOD in the area. They have a signature wing called the "Lemon Pepper Steppers", that are by far the BEST in the entire city of Harrisburg. “Pizza in the area can be hit or miss but David's is always consistently delicious!! Nice thin crust, cheese has great flavor and the sauce is the perfect blend of savory and sweet. The hoagies are handmade sub rolls and loaded with fresh ingredients. We also enjoy their Stromboli as well. Easy ordering and quick service .. prices are reasonable too. Definitely a must check out joint!“

“We stopped in by chance and was not disappointed. Ordered more than we needed so we would have leftovers. Fantastic, thin crust pizza and fresh homemade sub rolls, nice and thin so you don't fill up with bread but packed with meat. The music is so relaxing. Will need to try an Italian dinner next time!“

“What a fun Italian bakery! They have a wide variety of offerings from different cookies, cakes, tarts, gelato, other desserts, breads, and pizza. Such a pleasure to walk around and take in all the options! The customer service was very friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere in the shop with some limited seating if you want to eat in. We snagged some delicious cannoli and fruit tarts during this visit. Everything tastes amazing! Looking forward to going back and trying more delicious treats, highly recommend!“

“This absolutely is one of my favorite restaurants in the Mechanicsburg Harrisburg area. The Italian is authentic and excellent the pasta hand made and reasonably priced! In the many times I've eaten here I've never come across something I haven't liked. The owners are available, very welcoming and friendly. I can promise you I have not been treated as well by any other restaurant owner or staff and as a foodie I've been to a LOT of different restaurants. Very highly recommend if you are looking for pizza or authentic Italian!“

“My wife and I visited for our first time. We got a LG. Special Cheesesteak and SM. Regular Cheessteak. Seen they make a home made roll at Amici's. When they came out they not only looked good. They tasted amazing. Thank you Vinny and to your crew. We were blown away by the friendliness and the taste of the cheesesteaks at your shop. Pictures on facebook held true to seeing it in person. “With soo many pizza places in the Harrisburg area it's so hard to get to them all. I had seen Bellia's Pizza on FB and their photos showed pizza with creative designs that we had to try. We were not disappointed! The food is as good as the pictures show! One thing I liked was you can choose how well done you want your crust! I chose well done and the crust was charred to perfection. The staff was as friendly as anyone you'll meet and I was only there for 10 minutes to get such an impression. I never knew they were located in the Giant shopping plaza and I've been by there 100's of times (I live in Perry County). “Place located in a strip mall on Simpson ferry road. Establishment from the outside looks ok, the inside looks a little run down with booths and broken tile. The people at the counter were very nice and the pizza I got was very good. Came out hot and on time. The price was about what's to be expected with inflation. “I got a large ham and cheese calzone with extra ricotta cheese and extra red sauce. May I say that it was absolutely delicious. Unbelievably good,we loved every bite.I also wanted to say that, the staff, I assume the owner, was very very nice. I asked for paper plates and plastic ware because my girlfriend and I were eating in my car during a 90 minute journey home. The gentleman got me plenty of paper plates, forks, knives, and napkins. He was very very nice about it and accommodating and then I tried to pay when I picked it up even though I had paid online and he reminded me that I didn’t need to pay twice. Haha.We got lucky because we just googled a pizza shop on Derry Street because it was a road we knew in Harrisburg and we were very very lucky to stumble upon Mama’s. “I used to order DoorDash when I worked at my old job and one day when I was looking for a place to order cheeseburger subs and I came across Pizza Boli’s. 6-7 months later they are the ONLY place I will get a cheeseburger sub from. They have THE ABSOLUTE BEST subs, pizza, wings, cheesy bread, etc. I have ever said. And I don’t just say that about any place. HIGHLY. HIGHLY recommend anything from here. It’s always delicious!“

“Another place I was referred to by a local gentleman for pizza. The pies are personal sized and they were very good! The wings were cooked to perfection and I loved the sauce. Fries were good, too. This place will be my new “go to” for wings! My husband was not home but loves wings too, so he is excited to try other flavors. I also want to add that the driver who delivered my food was very friendly & helpful. I had ordered online and he gave me some good tips for future ordering. He also ran back to his car (in the pouring rain) to provide me with a menu. “We recently hosted a semi-private event at Federal Taphouse and the service, food, and atmosphere were all phenomenal. They were very easy to work with and set aside multiple tables and a convenient spot at the bar for our party of 35. “After moving to the area we have been trying the pizza and sub shops to find the best cheesesteak. We have found that Allen’s Eatery makes the best cheesesteaks in the area from a pizza shop. Always consistent and delicious. They use a local bakery for their sub rolls and I think that make all the difference. Most places use pizza dough which is ok but Allen’s is something different. Not too big and not too small, just perfect. They are always pleasant on the phone and the order is always perfect. We love the cheesesteak with onions, red sauce on the side and the California style cheesesteak with onions, Mayo, Lettuce and Tomato.
