Just there around 5:30 on 2/23. Not the first time to have bad service there. 2 families waiting at ice cream counter. All I wanted was a root beer and a pretzel. 4 people assumingly busy. One red headed girl looked at me 3 times and never acknowledged me standing there. One guy preparing food. One girl comes out from back with 2 blenders. Looks right at me. Says nothing. I used Door Dash to have lunch delivered. With a little tweaking to a few things (prices are pretty high, delivery took well over an hour), I think this place can score big in Hanover. That said: I hope Pretzel Pizza Cafe gives Hanover a chance, & Hanover does the same. We need a cool little joint like this in our town! Best of luck to the owners, we’ll definitely be returning! :)
