I just wanted to compliment the care and quality of my food from this particular location. These associates deserve a raise and a round of applause. Restaurant is clean, line is flowing and the whopper was DELICIOUS!
Came in on Monday night and the manager was AMAZING. They made my nuggets fresh without request. I didn't know they had crown chicken nuggies!!! We had a sizable order and they got it out to us promptly. The music was great. Atmosphere was chill. You could just tell they had a team that worked well together and it ran smooth. The chicken fries are notably juicy, as if they had just been taken out of the fryer, and the fries are well-seasoned. However, there have been some recent issues, such as being out of half their soda flavors, including coke, and lacking straws and several sauce flavors. Additionally, a customer noted that they were charged extra for sauce with fries. Despite these challenges, the staff remains courteous and responsive, as seen when an incorrect sandwich order was promptly remade. Although there was a previous issue with incorrect opening hours, this Burger King location has received high praise from customers for its service.
