“I ate a late lunch today inside at Dunkin’; I didn't know it was National Donut Day. You get a free donut if you purchase any beverage—my beverage of choice was an Iced Matcha Latte with vanilla and blueberry.
My lunch, the sourdough grilled cheese sandwich, was easy to order and delicious.“

“Ive been here lots of times but finally making a review. I wish I knew his name but I thank you for giving me a free donut as ive been going through a tough time of my life. It truely meant a lot. “I usually don’t like to leave reviews but I decided to read some of the reviews and im just so disappointed on how people would address this Dunkin off of one experience. These employees are not perfect, give them all a chance.

About 2 months ago i decided to come here and it has been by far the best one ever. Had some issues in the mornings but I figured it’s because of rush hour. Before work I would come through drive thru, the young lady (B) would take my order and that one time, that very first time, kept me coming back. Every time I come and she sees me through the screen, all she says is (girrrllll not today, come to my window). She is so funny, I just love her positive energy. Every time a new cold foam comes in, she would encourage me to try it and my drink comes out better than before. It must be on her days off, my drink always tastes different. So now I make sure I go when she’s working. Even if she doesn’t take my order, I know she’s the one making it. I am absolutely proud of her though. One day she’s in a black shirt and now she’s in a different color shirt so I know she definitely doing her job correctly. I just love that girl.“

“Today I went in to purchase a few donuts, the young man ( cashier ) blew his nose, pulled his mask back up, did not wash or put hand sanitizer, then proceeded to touch customers food and donuts. I called the manager immediately spoke with Darrell who seem very nonchalant, did not seem concerned into my concern.
Every one please very mindful how your food is being handled. Personally everyone that’s handling food should wear gloves!“

“Literally pulled up at 7:58 to get my hubby some treats after he had a horrible day. The staff were excellent especially the lady at the window (I think she said her name was Lindsay or Theresa...long day and old age made me forget lol). She didn't make me feel like an inconvenience at all even though they were in the midst of cleaning up. They still made me two fresh iced drinks and helped me pick out some of his favorites from what was left in the bakery. It really was the little thing today that we just needed as a blessing amidst our storm and we're very thankful for just that little act of kindness. Definitely will go back! 10 stars for service!“

“There is a new young man working the drive through, he's taller and dark skinned with glasses. The kid has excellent manners and is extremely polite. It really sticks out because I believe he is a new hire and I'd like the store to know he's doing excellent!“

“This morning, I couldn’t cancel my order after seeing how busy it was. I went inside to let them know they didn’t need to and I definitely understand with their only being three people and a lot of orders. I worked in the food industry for years. They were very kind and, gave me my Items. Usually the line moves very quick and there is never issues. The lady working the window is always very kind. My son and I love stopping here for our Friday doughnut.“
