The Harrisburg location is a good Raising Cane's, the staff are friendly and helpful only knock is it is a bit loud inside but that isn't a dealbreaker for me

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers offers an overall great dining experience with consistently good and fresh food. The chicken strips are frequently praised as some of the juiciest, with big, beautifully breaded and fried pieces of equal size. The food is served super hot and fresh, including crinkle-cut fries and perfectly toasted, light & airy Texas toast garlic bread. The signature Cane's sauce is popular, and meals come at a better price with good portions compared to other chicken franchises. Service is fast, friendly, pleasant, and helpful.
The location has plenty of seating, but the restaurant itself can be very small. A common downfall is the parking lot, which fills up quickly and can be a pain, sometimes requiring parking in a larger lot across an access road. Despite this, the line often wraps around the building daily. It is a highly recommended chain type restaurant for a really good experience.
