“Service was great, food came out in a timely manner and was delicious. Ordered the hot tea and it had an undertone of coffee taste. The Thai tea was good but on the sweeter side for me. All the food was as described and the portions were awesome for the price. We were provided refills without needing to ask which was awesome. We really needed appetizer plates for our gyoza as it was messy after dipping in the sauce. The restaurant was clean and tidy. We don't go out for ramen much but we would return.“
“Momoyama is a casual and cute little restaurant. The service was fast and friendly. I had the short ribs combo. Ramen broth was savory. Noodles were perfect and the charsui (pork) was fall apart tender. The short ribs were very tender and the marinade was light, not overpowering. My husband had the BBQ Mix with short ribs and chicken. The chicken was unbelievably tender and the short ribs (like mine) were also very tender. We shared the pork bao bun appetizer and absolutely loved them. The bao dough was pillowy soft and the pork very tender. We'll definitely be back to try more menu items.“
“Fantastic service. Food seemed very fresh, lots of selection/customization, well prepared, and came out quickly. The atmosphere is fun, even if you aren’t necessary a fan of Anime. Great music selection at just the right volume (enough to hear it, but not so loud that you can’t have a conversation). Definitely worth a visit. A hidden gem.“
“I recently ate here on Saturday. This restaurant was my second option because I was running too late to my first. When I tell yall I'm so happy it turned out this way!! I took my nephew who loves ramen.Food: I eat at a lot of asian restaurants (Japanese, Chinese, Korean). THIS EASILY IS ONE OF THE BEST RESTAURANTS IN THE CITY. Asian food or not. Very fresh, very clean. And surprisingly extremely affordable. We ordered 1 hibachi meal, 2 ramen (one with (2) extra toppings), 6 soft drinks, 3 appetizers PLUS 20% tip all came to $100!!! My nephew completely ate every bite of his ramen plus broth, which was why we came to this restaurant. There were NO leftovers as it was absolutely delicious and I WILL return.Service: Only one woman who I didnt catch name but the receipt said "BOSS" and even though I was skeptical at first she is very prompt and was pleasant to be around. I was very happy to leave a large tip and I highly encourage it for others to do so as well. She is obviously very hard-working.Atmosphere: Its small but you can tell a lot of the decorations were made by (i believe) the daughters of the owners. It was very homely, cozy, and very cute decorations.Overall 5/5 I highly recommend every single thing.“
“The food is amazing, it's family owned by the nicest people you'll ever meet, the sushi is such great quality and the sushi chef takes great care in his craft. The takoyaki is so so good here, I go here once a week at least because I work nearby they've never disappointed! There's indoor seating if you don't want to do take out and it's very quick. It's nearly always empty because people prefer to order out instead, so you can always dine in if you'd prefer!“
“This place deserves way more hype and attention. In my opinion they have the best food in town, also by far the freshest. I usually get the chicken hibachi meal. The chicken is always perfectly cooked, the veggies are so fresh, and the rice is just amazing. It comes with a salad and soup which are both outstanding. I've gotten sushi a few times too and they just impress me every single time. A true hidden gem. Every sauce I believe is homemade- and they do it perfectly. Honestly, I cannot recommend them enough. Also they gave us a crab salad sample last night...I don't usually like crab but WOW that was good! Thank you so much! I will come here forever.“

“This was my first experience at a Ramen place. The atmosphere was nice, you can sit and watch anime as you eat your favorite bowl of ramen. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. The waitress helped my son pack the little bit of ramen he was unable to finish. There was complimentary kimchi provided as an appetizer, that was a plus. I got the black garlic ramen and it did not disappoint. My son is a huge anime and ramen fan and he says the place deserves 5stars. Based on our experience, I’d have to agree.“

From the wonderful service, to the delicious appetizers (crispy rice w/Tuna, pork bao buns!!) to the Thai tea and the amazing bowls of ramen with the delicious tasty eggs in them. “Took my daughter here for a lunch date. Overall the food was good. We both agreed that the gyoza was the best part of the meal. I had teriyaki salmon and she had beef ramen which were both good. The service was great and we didn’t have to wait long for our food.“
“Sushi was really fresh and not super $. I can't have gluten so I made sure to ask; they have gluten free soy sauce and explained for me what didn't have gluten. I've been to some sushi places and they wouldn't tell me if the rolls had tempura or sauce on them. Then I recieved the order i couldn't even eat ?. I was really happy they worked with my allergy! I really enjoyed what I ate and hope they can add some gluten free and maybe vegan dishes as well!“
“Loved this place been here a couple of times and the food and service is the best you could get. Refills water periodically, takes trash off table for you, packs your food to go if you don’t finish it. The boba is good here the balls are really soft and chewy. Must get the karaage chicken def a good portion size. The decorations here is so cute too love the vibe this place gives.“
“I went here with a crew of 6 to celebrate a special day, and it was a really good experience! By no means am I a sushi expert, but I am not a newcomer either and to me it was pretty great experience, especially the tempura shrimp on the mango shrimp roll.. We ordered the Party Platter D which came with 64 pieces total comprised of Alaska roll, tuna avocado roll, california roll, spicy tuna roll, sweet potato roll, tiger roll, mango shrimp roll, and creamy crab roll. The mango in the mango shrimp roll was also a welcomed change of flavors. Lots of options. We ended up getting one of the family meals that really satisfied our group's stomachs and wallets. Generally it is a little expensive, but it's a local establishment that also doesn't have a liquor license to bring in easy revenue. On that note, this is a BYOB restaurant, which is pretty neat, allowing you to save even more on your overall price if you plan on drinking. I wonder if they would be willing to warm your sake for you? My only food recommendation (which I communicated to the open and friendly guy at the counter, is that the spicy tuna wasn't very spicy. Maybe now it will be spicier if they've had similar complaints since the time I went--probably 5 months ago at this point. Otherwise, my only other complaint is just that it's a small place--about 8 spots at the stylish wood sushi bar, and two picnic style tables that can seat 5 if you pull up a chair, so it might be a little tough to find a spot if you're going out with a crew.“

“A new sushi place that has spectacular sushi rolls, highly recommend trying it! All the food is delicious, the food is authentic and the prices are fair. I recommend ordering one specialty roll and one normal roll of sushi, as I think that’s where they truly excel, however the ramen is also top quality, and has many choices to try.“
“I loved the interior of this place, lots of wood and great lighting made it feel cozy. $18 for a bowl of ramen which seems steep to me but I may be biased having been living in San Diego where Ramen is far more abundant. Broth was decent but unfortunately it was a bit cold when it got to my place. It also came with a single small piece of chashu. For the price I expected slightly more but overall pretty good.“
“The place is quiet and friendly.I didn’t expect to eat such big portions of food. The main dish was giant, and tasted amazing!!. I couldn’t finish it and ended up taking it home. The beef sticks were not good and the corn was not good either because the seasoning didn’t match the corn taste(the corn and beef stick have the same seasoning). everything else was yummy.The bathroom is not the best since is not that accessible for people with disabilities. and they don’t have dry paper towels which can make things uncomfortable because I feel like I’m touching more bacteria while opening the bathroom door or closing the faucet.“
