Had a normal 4-person family-size order, was told that the “chicken would take 6min” so we ordered burgers instead… and it took the staff over 15min to make everything. The person at the drive through window had us pull into a parking spot and we just sat in our car with no communication, unsure if they were going to bring the food. The fountain drinks are so watered down. Avoid modern Wendy’s at all cost.
The service was great. I was having trouble working the self checkout and they were very friendly
Every time I visit this location I am consistently met with terrible and rude service. Very rude taking my order (nobody else was in the drive thru) and when I got to the window nobody greeted me. The food is decent and I just place my orders on the mobile app to avoid an even more unpleasant experience and they still exceed my expectations by being rude and overall lacking customer service. Mind you I’ve worked in the food industry for 6 years. Unacceptable
