“I want to leave a great review for this store. Every time I visit, I notice how clean and well-maintained everything is. The customer service is excellent, and I understand that when they are very busy it can be challenging to attend to everyone right away.
I really appreciate how the team acknowledges customers, greets them, and lets them know they will be helped shortly. That shows great communication and respect for the customers. The lobby and bathrooms are always very clean, the food is fresh and hot, and they are always willing to make fresh chicken if you don’t mind waiting.

“I had to come on and talk about the young man I believe he said his name was Ben. I was in twice yesterday and during the second trip with my older son he came over to ask how everything was. My son who has anxiety and autism and usually won’t talk to me when we are out starts asking Ben his birthday. I told my son he was working and couldn’t talk. This young man had a full conversation with my son and said that was his job to make sure my son enjoyed his time there. I can not thank you enough. He showed us our platters when they were ready, so we could indicate exactly how much of each sauce we wanted. The falafel was nice and crispy on the outside, and seasoned beautifully. The rice was also delicious, and the salad was fresh. My partner equally enjoyed his chicken and rice platter. The interior of the truck (which is what matters) appeared very clean and well kept. However this outdated place is falling apart as every visit something appears to be wrong which is odd for this area. My family are regulars at this location so of course we notice everything. Now, There are leaks everywhere. You can tell the staff is a tad embarrassed but they do constantly apologize and try their best to, well , keep us dry? unfortunately won’t be back until it is safe for us to purchase from here without getting wet or having food contaminated. We just feel bad for all those working in this conditions. Keep up the great wotk! Star rating is for the staff and food NIT for the condition of the restaurant. “I had a fantastic experience visiting the Wonder in University City. From the moment I walked in, the restaurant was spotless, welcoming, and had such a friendly atmosphere.

A special shoutout to Tom, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. His exceptional customer service and attention to detail truly stood out. To top it all off, we were surprised with a special cupcake dessert, which was such a thoughtful and sweet touch!

If you’re looking for delicious food, excellent service, and a team that genuinely cares about their guests, I highly recommend visiting Wonder in University City. I’ll definitely be back.

“went to Jersey Mike's for the first time today. The Oaks or Phoenixville store on Egypt Road. Patricia from Drexel Hill waited on us. She could not have done a better job,from explaining the menu(sizes,breads, and choices) to making our delicious sandwiches (#13 on her suggestion and a club), she was AWESOME. I must say that Patricia was a wonderful spokesperson for the chain and is very good at her job. I like to give credit where credit is due, and she made our first(but not last) visit to Jersey Mike's extremely enjoyable.“
