First time there wait was forever Noone smiled no one greeted any of the customers however still left 10% tip cause that's why cooperate put that option on the kiosk cause if they really cared tips would be earned not asked forSo it's not all the employees fault
I first got honey grow about a week ago on City Ave. It was great! I was in the UPENN area and noticed honey grow, so I decided to have it for dinner again! I ordered chicken and shrimp with my stir fry and didn’t get any shrimp and barely got any chicken. I also barely saw any broccoli in my bowl. After a long day of work and class, this was annoying to experience

We are a late dinner there on 12.30.23 at the University City/ West Philly location. Upon entering, the friendly staff behind the counter proceeded to list more than half a dozen things they were out of and blamed "higher ups" for not supporting them. Again, they were friendly and pleasant, but it was obvious they were frustrated at not being able to have everything that they were supposed to have.
