“First time visiting federal donuts, must admit the name is off setting strange for a restaurant name. My first impression was that the floors were very sticky I assume it was from the fountain drinks spillage the sitting tables were filled with stains and crumbs...I immediately clean the tables and chairs that I choose. “My sweetheart and I went here on our second date. The original plan was to meet at Dead King Bread in Manyunk, and then hike in the Wissahickon. Dead King was closed, however, and my sweetheart quickly suggested Roma Cafe as an alternative. I'm ashamed to say that I never knew about this bakery. When I think of Italian bakeries, I typically think of South Philly. This is the real deal. An interior that harkens back to earlier times, and probably owners that harken back to an earlier time!

It was here that I discovered that my sweetheart is extravagant with treats, especially sweets. As a bit of a minimalst, I chose a rather bland biscuit. He chose an array of half a dozen treats, including canolies.

When we eventually made our way to the Wissahickon, we discovered that we had each packed more treats for the hike - cheese, grapes. He brought the most wonderful brie from Trader Joes that was as soft and gooey as if you had baked it in the oven. I noted with approval that he was equipped with a good picnic bag, as was I.

As we walked through the Wissahickon, I was captivated by his friendliness to everyone we passed on the trails, including the dogs.

“This Dunkin’ is hands down my favorite location—the best in the area by far! The food and drinks are always fresh, consistent, and made quickly, even when the line is long or it’s super busy. I never worry about the quality here, because the team keeps everything moving smoothly without cutting corners.

What really makes this Dunkin’ special is the people who work here. The employees are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. They go out of their way to make sure every customer has a great experience, and that makes such a difference.

I especially want to recognize Bryn, who is absolutely incredible!!!! My son has a food allergy, and she always takes such great care to make sure his food is safe. As soon as I call after placing an order, she already knows to prepare his hashbrowns on fresh paper and package them separately. That level of thoughtfulness, consistency, and attention to detail means so much to me as a parent. It gives me peace of mind and makes me feel valued as a customer.

Because of Bryn and the rest of the amazing team here, I won’t go to another Dunkin’ in the area. They’ve created such a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and I truly appreciate how kind, attentive, and dedicated they are every single visit. “This spot was the light in the darkness. Late for your flight? Dunkin. Fast, good portions for prices, and nice folk running it. “When I walked in to pick up my mobile order, I noticed the only employee there on the floor on a prayer mat. I gave him time to finish his prayer and he stood up and asked if I was waiting for an order. After he gave me my food and coffee, I walked out, but just as I left I noticed he had put his prayer mat on the shelves where the mobile orders go. The mat had just been on the floor, and now was on a shelf that holds people's food. I am all for religious freedom, but store employees can practice their religion and keep a sanitary environment, too. He should have placed the prayer mat in a discreet corner where customers won't see.“

“This Dunkin' location has very professional staff members that care and definitely have attention to detail with food orders. Multiple staff members check the food slips. I came to Dunkin at 5:55am and the doors were locked due to the lobby not being open until 6:00am. The staff member seen me walking away back to my car and the employee waved me in while walking towards the door to unlock the door. Very kind staff.“

“I shouldn't say this too loudly but...rushing every morning to get Dunkin and be on time for work is hard enough - add the density of the Philadelphia region, people rushing and rude and sometimes a Dunkin parking lot can mirror one of Donte's Levels of Hell.
However, last year I found this magical Dunkin Donuts. It was the morning rush, and here's a Dunkin with no drive-thru on a busy Pike, yet somehow most mornings it is not insanely crowded and always operates smoothly.

But this isn't what makes this Dunkin Donuts awesomely different. Those that work at this Dunkin are super kind and amazingly hard working. The shop is always sparking clean and the employees are beyond helpful, polite, courteous and cool :)

So just wanted to say thank you very much. I may not know names but seeing the same smiling faces every morning is a nice way to start the work day. So thank you so much for everything!

“Nice Dunkin but it’s in the tuck so you might walk past it. Very small space wise so more than 5 people is gonna make it hard to be In there and when I went it was kinda packed. Ordered a avocado toast and it was amazing, also great customer service“

“It’s not a regular Dunkin’ locations, instead it’s located within a gas station store. Not much space for parking and crowded most of the time. Staff working here are usually good people. But whole arrangement is different than any other convenience store.“

“Cool selection of donations! Digital ordering like at McDonalds. Then everything happens very quickly. Quality is very consistent. The coffee is good but not great. The waitress is very busy with a police officer who gets his donations like in an American movie?Here we were approached by a bizarre gentleman who told us even more bizarre stories.So all in all an exciting experience that makes the very American chain interesting! (nothing invented!)

“I just came here around 11:30 1/27 and this woman (I already forget her name, so stressed about flying, I think Melissa. I think a higher level employee) made me a traditional cappuccino or Macchiato or whatever. I asked for all foam no milk with my espresso and she made the most beautiful coffee. So professional. 10/5 stars. Great job 👏 great price, especially for airport. I paid $6 for my drink which also had an extra shot.

Duncan needs to raise the limit on how much you can tip on a card because you have people out here giving excellent service.“
