My only complaint is they overpromise on there pick up time. For example, they will say it will be ready in 30 minutes but when I show up, it was actually ready 15 minutes ago ago, so I end up with a boardwalk pizza that is cold by the time i gets home. My feedback to them: be more precise with their pick up time. What I’ve done to combat it is drive over to pick up the pizza as soon as I make the phone call even if I’m waiting for a few moments. Nothing beats driving home with piping hot food.“

“I enjoy Venchi’s gelato in Italy and surprised and excited to find it in the States. For those who appreciate quality chocolates and gelato, check out this store in KOP Mall. Their gelato is made on-site. They are pricy, but worth every penny. “Yesterday was my first visit there. First, there was a sign indicating an invitation to use their back patio. I didn't know which way to access the patio so naturally I walked around to the other (wrong) side of the building searching for the back patio. I was met by two locked doors. I then walked down the path then around the front of the store and then I went in the other direction.... kept going... looking for the patio and found it in the back of the building where I placed my order. I was disappointed that there was no sugar-free ice cream but they had a vast array of cones. Then, I had to walk to another window to pick up my ice cream cone. The ice cream was really, really good though the prices were steep yet they asked for a tip in addition to the steep prices. Even with that, however, I will return. I was impressed that they were open in the middle of a rainy, cloudy Sunday afternoon. Their serving the ice cream cone in a little container was a cute addition.“

I have tried water ice, hand dipped ice cream, soft serve ice cream, pretzels, hot sausage.

The ice cream and water ice are served cold, its not melting all over the place when you get it, the pretzels were warm and soft , the hot sausages were very good!

Sometimes there is a line at the windows, it moves quickly!

You get a good sized portion for the price

They have unique flavors of water ice such as sweetish fish, peach, dragonfruit, pear, blue raspberry, tangerine, cotton candy, and more. “My family and I typically visit the Folsom location—however we drove by and they were extremely packed (like, line all the way to the road packed!), so we decided to drive to this location instead, since it’s only a short distance. I’m so glad we did! Only one customer was there! And i’m not sure why, as the customer service was great, they have plenty of seating, a nice size/accessible parking lot, AND they have a drive-thru!“
