“This is such a beautiful establishment! We ate outside in the courtyard garden area and it was so lively. The waitstaff accommodated me as a vegan, and luckily, many of the appetizers were vegan, and one of the entrees is vegan as well, the pumpkin curry. For dessert we had YUMMY mango sticky rice! “I’ve been following Brothmonger’s journey since 2020, so finally going to the brick and mortar exceeded my expectations! There was a line out the door but it moves quickly. My one pet peeve is that people should have food BEFORE they reserve a seat, but alas, I’ll try not to be picky!“

“The soups are usually pretty good. The only complaint I have is the wait times during peak hours. I tend to order only soup and a piece of bread, but the wait time on that can be over 15 minutes. It would be nice if orders like that could be filled at the register quickly, or while we’re in line trying samples. I have been disappointed so many times by other Viet restaurants in Pittsburgh claiming they can make pho. If you are looking for true flavor bomb this is the place to go. Pho tastes just like home ❤ Bun Bo Hue is a must try too!“

He was so attentive, personable, and happy to provide high-quality service; he had a contagious positive energy, and he elevated our dining-in experience with his service. The menu options were plentiful, the portions were more than substantial and very tasty, and the drinks (mocktails and alcoholic beverages alike) were delicious. “This was awesome. Felt welcomed from the time we walked in. Our server, Kenan, was outstanding. He answered all our questions and readily gave his recommendations when we inquired. He was not at all pushy, was always patient and pleasant. Food came quickly and was so good. Portions were so generous. I was especially pleased with the protein ratio. It was difficult not to take a piece of meat with each forkful. Honestly, super value for money. Would have gone again if we were in the area longer.“

It is much busier than usual due to many people (including me) trying to work, and they have been very accommodating and kind. I used to work at a different Panera location and was very impressed with the staff here.“
