“If you're looking for a drive to an out of the way place for a sweet treat you'll love the bee's knees bakery. A little bit of honey, a few sweet drinks, a variety of ice cream and some wonderfully friendly service! I didn't know what to expect when I pulled in the parking lot but it was certainly a pleasant surprise and the next time I'm in the mood for a country drive I know just where to come.... Oh and don't miss the octagonal picnic tables near the road to enjoy whatever you choose. :)“
“The cookies are always delicious and they have so many choices. I love that they switch up the flavors on a weekly basis. Friendly and professional staff, great service and presentation. Plus, it always smells amazing when you walk in the door. Can’t go wrong with this place! True meaning of “bang for your buck”Parking: They have spots designated for their establishment and they also do curbside takeout orders.“
“We have used Sweet Girlz for all of our special events over the past 5 years. From our wedding, to birthday parties, baby showers, and baptisms, Sweet Girlz never disappoints and always goes above & beyond to ensure we get exactly what we ordered. My daughter's first birthday party smash cake & cupcakes were my absolute favorite to date! We will continue to use & recommend Sweet Girlz for sweet treats for many years to come.“
“We hired The Farm Bakery to make our wedding cake and an assortment of mini desserts for the reception! They were all DELICIOUS and our guests especially enjoyed being able to pick multiple little treats to enjoy! Highly recommend the chocolate covered strawberries - they were a crowd favorite! Special shout out to Alyssa - thank you for dealing with my hundreds of emails and helping bring my vision to life! I guarantee you will not be disappointed if you choose them for your wedding vendor.“
“Where to even begin! First, the service—impeccable! All 3 girls working were super friendly, welcoming, hospitable and did not judge me when I went back for more. The pain au chocolat was the BEST PAIN AU CHOCOLAT i have ever had. Honestly probably better than places I’ve had in Europe. I also chose the prosciutto manchego sage croissant and went back for another..both pastries were so delicate, light, flakey soft and satisfying. My sister who doesn’t eat a ton of meat was impressed with the quality and taste. I will 100% be back every single weekend. Also, prices were absolutely fair and I would actually pay double bc there are places that make similar pastries but could NEVER compare. The Modern Crumb will be the ONLY place I will buy sweet bakery treats from here on out.“
“Very cozy coffee shop on the South Side. Plenty of seating and sofas to comfortably lounge and drink coffee. They have some games, books and magazines you can use as well. The staff are so friendly and nice and the coffee they make is amazing, way better than Starbucks.“
“Awesome place! Wish I had found it years ago. Love the chocolate milk in the glass bottles. Reminds me of my youth when we got them that way. The chocolate milk is so good. They have fresh bakery items, pies made to order, and other freshly made foods without all the preservatives you get in store bought food.“
“Amazingly delicious pie! Sweet or savory, even vegan, if you are looking for pie, they've got you covered! We walked out with warm Chicken Curry and Aussie hand pies. O. M. G. Delicious! Thankfully, we had an inkling that they were going to be good, so we also swept up their last Chicken Curry pie!Take home pies are pre cooked, they just need to be warmed. She recommended thawing overnight, then popping in the oven 350°F for 40-45 minutes til warmed inside.I was looking for lunch, so haven't tasted their sweet pie... Yet!There isn't a sign above the door and it's small, so you'll miss it if you aren't looking for it.Kid-friendliness: For picky eaters, the veggies aren't overly visible! Cooked to a delicious filling and over the meaty or chickpea bits like a sauce of love!“
“So this place was super chill and had great coffee. I'm not really a person who tries new stuff when it comes to my coffee unless it sounds really really good. But this time I saw a mint mocha coffee that was seasonal and I just had to try it and I'm glad I did cause it was amazing. The 2 people who were working the counter were awesome and pretty fast . I loved that it wasn't super busy and the lighting gave the place a good vibe.“
“Mia & Maddie's Bakery is so beautiful and inviting, it looks like something out of a movie! The coffee smells divine (I would've had some but it was past my caffeine cutoff) and the deserts are stunning. I tried the rice crisp cupcake and devoured it in seconds. It was so delicious! I would have tried many more things if I didn't have to fit into a dress for a wedding tomorrow! I'm looking forward to going back. 10/10 I'd recommend everyone pay them a visit.“
“My partner and I had a beautiful dinner here last weekend. We got the “dinner for two” and loved everything. The food was delicious, we chose the spinach and feta pies and the chicken and beef kebabs. Dessert and Turkish coffee was the best. Our server and the restaurant were very nice. Thanks!“
“I love this place! We need more vegan specific restaurants in town. It's so nice to be able to enjoy any treat that looks good ?Vegetarian options: It's all vegan! No eggs, no dairy, no honey.Dietary restrictions: Perfect for vegans and vegetarians. If you're allergic to dairy or eggs this is the place to go for sweets!Parking: Limited street parking but I always manage to find a spot :)“
“I never like to say something is the best I've ever had, because I can't remember every instance of eating something, but I can confidently say this bakery has the best baked goods I've ever eaten, and I've eaten A LOT of baked goods. I just finished eating a cherry pie pastry; it was unbelievably good, and I don't even really like cherries. I have no idea how they manage to achieve such intensely good flavor, but everything I eat is somehow better than the last. Also, far and away the best bagels in the area.“
“I was very pleased with my child’s Baby Shark birthday cake. The cake was designed beautifully and tasted delicious too. We got a strawberry cake and the strawberry flavor was very vibrant and moist. All my guests complimented the cake appearance and flavor. I will be returning again for future cake orders, for sure!“
“We learned how to decorate cupcakes with really good quality icing. Huma was an excellent instructor. She was very patient and kind. We would definitely support her business in other ways. Her decorating techniques were awesome and she even shared her recipe for the icing with us.“
“10/10 everything is fresh & absolutely delicious. The tiramisu cookie was out of this world. We also tried the Ribeye sandwich with truffle mushrooms & onions. It was HUGE & tasty. We’ve lived around the corner for the last few years & are so happy both Giovanni’s &Mercatino Italiano are so close!“
“The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I had a question and the gentleman working was happy to help point me in the right direction and even gave me tips on techniques I wasn’t totally familiar with. I would recommend this store to bakers of all levels!“
“We decided to go to Mis Riaces Columbian Resturant (Schoenersville Rd, Bethlehem) last evening for dinner. It is a new restaurant that just opened about a month or so ago and it is a "MUST TRY"! Friendly and hospitable service! Thank you Alejandro! Reasonably priced and portions are huge. We started off with the empanadas which was served with three dipping sauces. They were very good. I had the Bandeja paisa (beef steak, chorizo, beans, rice, fried egg, plantains ,chicharrón (fried pork belly or rind) & avocado). When the plate was placed on the table my eyes opened wide and could not believe how much food was on the plate. Definitely could have feed two people. Very flavorful and great presentation! My better half had the Grilled pork (Cerdo a la Parrilla) huge piece of pork with French fries and rice. Seasoned with fresh herbs and very tasty. We were so full there was no way we could have had dessert. But when we were leaving the dessert and pastries that were in the display case tempted us to take some deserts home for a treat later that night. We will be back!“
“Thank you Ida for baking such wonderful sourdough breads. The sliced is my new favorite breakfast toasted or sandwich bread. The cranberry scones were full of fruit but a tad dense. Otherwise, great flavor.I appreciate all of it. ?Dietary restrictions: Flour, water, salt = sourdough bread“
“Crumbl is the best, #1 Cookies, Service w a smile, In all honesty I'm in there about every 2 weeks, as I'm sure there are 1000's of customers but a shout out to Jess, she remembers my name and always makes me feel welcome. Customer Service has not declined at Crumbl.“
“Very nice people, we came down from stroudsburg Pennsylvania to try what they had! When I look for bakeries the first thing I think of is quesitos, pan sobao se agua, and sandwiches, and they had it! The cheeses from 1-10 I give them 4 because they were stunned and they didn't even have cheese as a regular cheese would definitely have, it was much less, the sandwiches were very good 1 triplet and 1 ham and cheese (typical) good and fresh at the moment and good size! Also 1 pound of pan de agua, very tasty and soft and good flavor! We also chose a delicious wet cake that they had and it tasted delicious!! But I gave them 4 because the cheese was definitely disappointing ? thanks for your kindness! We wish them well!“
“This place is truly a gem in Easton. Totally unassuming kind of place. I have some Colombian friends and we lean towards Latin based restaurants. The first time we came to Las Delicias we knew we were hooked. The menu has traditional Colombian fare, including street food, dessert, and coffees. They bake wonderful bread and pastries in-house too!The service is extremely hospitable, friendly and welcoming to all types of people. The food quality feels home cooked with love and great portions. This is likely the best Colombian restaurant in the ABE area. The soups are to die for, and according to my friends all the flavors of this restaurant are very authentic. We have returned nearly twice a week for a few months and will keep coming back. The interior is clean but a little small, only a few tables are available. During the lunch hour it might be difficult to get a table as it tends to get very busy even on weekdays. We have never had a problem getting a table, but usually we are taking the last table available.Definitely a must try, you won't regret it.“
“Obviously her macarons are beyond amazing but her soul matches them too! This delightful lady came out in the rain to run my order across the street to me! This was only my second order but I won’t ever order macarons anywhere else. I appreciate you being a kind human!“
“A favorite of ours for decades. Inventory is kind of hit or miss...even very early in the morning. Had trouble ordering a cake once this past year. Ordered on a Thursday for Sunday and I was told that it wasn't enough time. ? It's probably just bad luck on my part, but several times I've driven all the way there and there is a sign on the door. Closed for this or that reason. So, now we call first and ask if they are open and if they have what we are looking for in stock before getting in the car. Also, call a few weeks early if you need a cake order. This past holiday season we found these amazing little red and green macaroon logs there and only bought 2 to try. They were so, so good! Please make this a regular item!!!“
“Holy heck I ordered a half dozen on Grubhub to try these, and they came freshly baked and oooooooh baby—these cookies are the top three things I’ve ever eaten. Just gooey, chewy, great accompanying flavors. They called me when one flavor was out so I could choose what to replace it with…….I can’t wait to go in person. If you’re in downtown Easton or in the greater Lehigh Valley in general….TRY THIS SPOT. You won’t regret it…only when you’re daydreaming about eating more bc they’re THAT good.“
“Food is delicious! Great service, kind employees. Try the kibbe, baklava, baba, the wraps, the tabbouleh, make sure you get the homemade pitas before they sell out!! Make sure you check the hours before you go, they have limited store hours“
“We received some pies from an investment advisor for the thanksgiving holiday that were baked by Hellertown Bakery. One was a pumpkin pie and the other was a apple crumb pie. Both pies were very good and made with fresh ingredients. We reheated them up and they were delicious. Thank “
