“We've passed the place when visiting Lehigh U, but was never able to stop in until the other day.
So glad we did, because I've been to dozens of breweries and these guys know what they're doing.
Great atmosphere, good talk, servers that know what they're talking about, and of course good beer.
Parking is touch and go as it is for the whole area, but don't let that stop you.

“Brendan is the best brewer I ever worked with in the decade I spent in craft beer, and he crushes styles like amber lagers, kolschs and pilsners. The pizza is amazing too - a true fermentation genius. A special place by special people. 10/10. Must go.“
“Walked in on a random Wednesday night alot of locals bellied up to the bar, sat a few tables away from the bar just enjoying the atmosphere and the beers. One of the owners Jordan comes over introduced himself and we hit it off like I was a regular there. He gave me a tour of the brewery, explained the history of the company and told me about the beers and hopwater they have. I recommend give it a try its quite different but refreshing. If you're looking for an at home local brewery feel especially if your an out of towner I can not recommend this place enough.“

Waitress Jade was very friendly, great with kids, and offered us stickers she designed herself when we asked for one from the establishment. Burger was very good, cooked well. Ranch City offers a kid menu and a good variety on their tap list. 10/10 recommend when visiting the area. Very close, about a 10 min drive, from downtown Easton/Crayola Experience.“

“I visited Sage Alley with my sister last night. It was a beautiful night and we sat outside. Our beer was great and the food was also delicious. The service was attentive and the owner even stopped by to say hi. We will definitely be back. Great beer, great food, friendly and welcoming environment!“

Really nice food, the hangover cure burger hit the spot!
Tried a beer flight and found a great non floral IPA (Rescue)
Noelle, our server, was awesome. Friendly, attentive and answered my wife’s numerous questions!!“
“I was in a little to late to get a case of a seasonal beer I really like. I was able to get the final two 6 packs they had, but they offered to contact the distributor to see if they could get me a case as well. They told me they would get back to me either way and the following day I got the call they promised they’d make. Unfortunately the distributor was out of stock (I already have a reminder in my phone for next year), but I still appreciated the fact that they tried and also updated me. You don’t see customer service like that very often any more!“

“Hosted a formal event for 100+ people and had a lovely time. The event manager is incredibly friendly, easy to work with, and accomoadating to our needs. All of our guests had nothing but nice things to say about the staff, the atmosphere, the food, and everything else. Would recommend all my friends to host their events here. Can't get this price and quality anywhere else.“
