“Absolutely incredible Vietnamese cuisine. Shrimp Summer Roll with Peanut Sauce, Som Tum (Papaya Salad), Pho Chay (Vegetarian) with supplement plate of bean sprouts, Thai basil, lime and peppers. Excellent and prompt service by all team members, especially by the owner. Very friendly and all my special requests fulfilled. Highly recommend!“

“This is our second time at True Blue! Cassie, the owner greeted us by name. We had the Chicken & Lamb Gyros and they were delicious! Worth the 40 minute drive. Cassie gave us a sample of the grilled cauliflower - with sauce - so yummy! The service is excellent! We’ll be back for a third time!“

“Strolled around Easton Market and found this little pastry spot. They have an assortment of delicious goods, but let’s talk about their croissants!? They were fluffy, decadent, and had volume! Everything had exciting and tempting flavors, from the cookies, to the muffins, scones, and more. Well priced for your local finds. Definitely stop by for a morning bite!“

“Best Hero’s in the Lehigh Valley!! No matter what time you go in, no matter who’s on register or in the kitchen the atmosphere and the food are amazing. The owners are always so polite and helpful and they are always willing to make the sandwich just the way you like it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a fresh hero after eating here, they just don’t do it like Chez.“

“It's a nice place , staff was prompt plentiful and professional.
Menu is , I don't want to use the term 'sparce' , but the selection of items was lean , they only offer one steak and it's $38 for a flat iron , but they have a slew of salads available.
I tried the pizza , asking for well done was futile and the sausage was ground so fine it was undefinable as a meat.
I'll try a burger next time and hopefully on a day when they have those big garage doors open .
Oh , and they have soft serve ice cream available also at a window from the outside , I thought that was cool.“
