In addition to hosting our ceremony and reception at the Summit House, we also held our after-party at the Trails End Bar and enjoyed breakfast the following morning at the Hemisphere buffet. Options are pretty limited in Tannersville, so we decided to make a quick detour to the LongHorn Steakhouse in Bartonsville—super convenient, just a short drive off the route.
We all went with the 9oz Filet, and I added the Parmesan crust on top for extra flavor. Every single steak came out cooked perfectly to order—juicy, tender, and bursting with taste.
