“The food is always terrific . We had the seafood combo tonight, The freshest seafood in the poconos. We have to always get takeout, they only have 2 table that I can sit at, they’re usually the first to be taken. and they don’t make any accommodations for the handicapped ,The rest are booths .“

“My daughter and I stopped by there today for the first time. I have seen it several times when I have been at the hair salon nearby but had not tried it as of yet. I ordered the fish tacos and my daughter got the chicken thigh bowl. Everything was fresh and was really tasty. I loved how crisp the soft taco wrap was and my daughter really enjoyed the bowl she ordered. The service was very quick and the young man beyond the counter was very helpful and very friendly. The restaurant was very clean and has unique tables and decor. I will definitely be back!“

“Honestly needed a actual good seafood place around here. None of that long John's or anything like that.Got some of the catfish and that fish had a nice crunch from the batter and the actual fish just flaked apart. Wonderful flavor.Also enjoying the coleslaw which I'm usually not a fan of.Definitely check this place out! Good food and good vibes!“

“Some of the best food in the Poconos! We were there on a Saturday and it was packed, but we got seated immediately and only waited a few minutes for our food. The food is always perfection! The Drunken Noodles are always so dang good-fresh and full of flavor. I took my partner with me and he's picky and not a huge vegetable fan, but he ate every bite and cannot wait to go back. The service is always exceptional, no matter how busy they are. Can't say enough good about this spot!“

“Wow, for a moment there, I felt like I was dining at Ruth's Chris in Weehawken, NJ. Without a doubt, Garlic Stakehouse in the Poconos, PA, surpasses all others. NIck, our server, was incredibly professional, and the food was outstanding, a solid 10 out of 10. I savored the classic bourbon peach cobbler drink and indulged in the signature spicy Honey Salmon – the crispy skin was absolutely delectable. I'll definitely be returning here soon.“

“In the area for an event tastebuds decided on seafood google search and here I am. Very nice host, clean place, friendly wait staff. The food and drinks was delicious however the music was catering to management couldn’t understand not one word. Alexa can play dining music.“

“I tried China 3 at the suggestion of a friend who’s a great chef. It’s the typical standard Chinese menu with reasonable prices. Every other aspect of their food is awesome. My reluctance with most of these places is the overuse of oil. I ordered a standard - shrimp with mixed vegetables. Cooked to tenderness, seasoned perfectly and zero oil residue. The rice was cooked to tenderness also. The friendliness and overall appearance of cleanliness was a deal closer for me. Best to order in advance so if you walk in and place an order be patient. I like that they cook one order at a time to keep it good!“

I know that my daughter hates seeing the dead animal heads on the wall .. lol but I enjoy eating here.Also, if I'm not mistaken. I believe they only take cash BUT there is an ATM on site, only problem is the extra fees you get charged.“

“We’ve eaten seafood at this location many times and it has always been a great experience. Our most recent visit was 3/19/24 during the afternoon; we had a really nice lunch. Sarah took excellent care of us at our table, checking in occasional to make sure we had everything we needed. The portions were very good, and delicious… ( we took a lot of food home ) as we couldn’t finish it all!“

“Excellent meal although service was a bit odd. It's always problematic when the person taking the order is not present when the food arrives. We ended up passing the plates & drinks around until everyone had the correct order. The other problem was cheese. You would think if two of us specifically asked about cheese & specifically asked it to be omitted, the waiter would inform us about cheese in other items we ordered. Nope! Cheese heaped on two sides ordered by the two cheese-haters. Everyone seemed happy with what they ordered once it was de-cheesed.“

“Alaska Pete’s is the go-to in the area when you want to knock it out of the park with ambiance, service and taste. I’ve never had a bad meal here; pricing is for sure higher than other places in the Marshall’s Creek area BUT there are no places that compare to Pete’s in Marshall’s Creek. So, you get what you pay for. When the weather warms up you cannot beat the ambiance of outdoor dining here. The place is beautiful & well kept. My only gripe is I wish they stayed open later & didn’t charge per soda refill-otherwise I’d be here 3 times a week. Highly recommend!“

“Me and my wife stopped in for a late lunch today. My wife had the French Onion soup and the Coconut Shrimp, both were excellent. I had the Crab Cake Sandwich, very good, and the best Mussels I ever tasted. The staff was very friendly and attentive.“
