“I ordered for the first time from here last night. I used Uber eats. We were having many issues with getting the order delivered. It took over two hours, but I spoke to Tony, who called me and was very helpful. He had great customer service and explained to me what was going on and how they wanted the food to be fresh so they waited until they were sure they had a driver. He was very very good. The food was excellent. It’s always much better when the customer service is great“

But this pizza Hut store, this store on Harrison City, right off of Rt 130, is not only the best Pizza But I've ever been to (the quality of their food is top notch! Love the pizza and the zucchini sticks which arent sticks. Nice size pieces. Never had to wait more than 20 mins, even with delivery. When they answer to phone, some times it's hard to hear. Everytime I call in, they never seem happy to be answering a phone, they usually sound annoyed. And they can be quick to hang up as soon as they give you your time frame. But they do get busy there.“
