“I don't come here very often as I no longer live in the area, but I've never had any issues with this place that were at fault of the staff here as they've always been pretty good to me. The only time I ever had an issue was one that was fixed relatively easily. They needed to change the syrup for the coke as the coke wasn't tasting right obviously as a result, and they took care of it immediately.“

“At top of August, this location assured Mayo was not on my sandwich. They quickly ushered me out of the Drive thru. I am VERY allergic to Mayo. On our break we moved out of the way and hurried to our next destination. I later found a ton of Mayo on my sandwich. I called to pick up a sandwich later as I had to quickly find something else to eat. Still not hungry and pressed for my next destination, they offered me a coupon. I expressed I was from out of town. They promised to send a coupon. I received the coupon bottom of August or top of September. I took coupon to my local Wendy's and they refused and was told I would have to take it to the Wendys in PA. PA said there was nothing they could do as they gave me a coupon. I asked for money back, since I couldn't get my sandwich. Wendys said they did what they were suppose to do and there was nothing left (....no obligation). My ticket actually calls for a 10 piece nugget as well because I was missing one. nugget. I am mostly concerned about the principle. Please advise.“

“Stopped in today, with my family. I was using a knee scooter, from a recent surgery. They only had two young ladies working. I must say Haven was amazing. She seated us immediately in a great spot seeing my scooter. She was running food, seating customers, taking care of the delivery pick ups and manning the bar. She did all this while being pleasant with a smile on her face. This girl deserves 👏. My appetizer was great but the main course not so much. I'm not sure if the kitchen was short staffed. I didn't say anything because of how crazy it was. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars today.“

“First time being at this DQ this week and it was a phenomenal experience. I ordered online since my order was very large and I went inside to grab my food and the ladies were SO NICE!! I am 38 weeks pregnant and having the worse day and filled with tears as soon as I walked in. . You know, just a very emotional day! However, the ladies were so nice to me and helped me with my order to my car and showed so much kindness to me. They really went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience but little did they know their generosity made my whole day after having such a bad day.“
