I had potatoes on the side which were flavored perfectly with seasonings and onions. So tasty! Dawn (the owner) was very attentive and made sure all was satisfactory to my liking. Enough of that. Food is great. They have pizza and chicken sandwiches. Honestly their chicken sandwich is better than Chick-fil-A. The chicken is antibiotic free and you can’t beat that.

“I’ve been a long time customer of this place prior to 2020. Any chance I was willing to drive 40 mins just for a smoothie I would. As a strict organic gluten free sugar free soy free vegan with many food allergies going out is often a chore. I loved this place. But I have noticed a change in decor it seems more cold and the pre bottled juices seem to be diluted or sat for way too long and separated. When Kelly was the owner it seemed warmer in the store. Altho the smoothies and smoothie bowls still seem to be the same quality. Just a bit sad about the bottled juice. But I’m glad this place still exists and support this business as much as I can. It’s the only place I can go and feel “normal” when I order. Also they seemed to change the bowl container to some sort of plastic. I much rather the papery ones more eco friendly which matters to me. But I definitely still recommend this place to everyone.

I just want to say since new owner ship they never pick up their phone when they are supposed to be open. It’s a far drive and I want to make sure they are open. This has happened multiple times. Just checking hours since the seasons have changed. But apparently no one answers.“

“I went to New Hope and stopped at Starbucks to get a drink. The place is really nice and has an extremely comfy room in the back. It is big enough for 2-3 families along with the front having about 4 seats.

“At this point I would call myself a starbucks critic, and I have to say this one is probably my favorite. Starbucks is always hit or miss with their baristas and drive thru workers, but I have only ever had good experiences with this location and I’ve been coming to this one since 2019. You are all SO SWEET! More importantly you’re really nice to the two dogs I usually have in the car too which is more important to me than a correct order. Speaking of, my order has only gotten mixed up ONE TIME in 6 years and they corrected it and it wasn’t even a big deal. I’ll never forget that! Most starbucks locations I go to, the people at the window are so rude but this one is always polite, says “thank you” (rare nowadays), and genuinely seems happy to help you. I am certain some of your customers give you a hard time, but there are some of us who are thankful for you all!!“

“This is the slowest location ever. I've been there several times prior to leaving this review to give them a few chances. RIDICULOUSLY slow, beyond slow, the worst.

It doesn't appear that anyone working there is over the age of 12. I exaggerate, but seriously they are very very young, and seem confused. Don't ask for whipped cream on your frozen coffee, it's just too much for the babies to handle.

Yo owner, stop being lazy and cheap! I'm sure you've noticed business is crap, because teenagers are running the show.

“This Dunkin is located on Brownsville Road on the Trevose/Feasterville area of Bucks County in the Trevose Plaza. The customer service is excellent very friendly and my order was ready when I arrived the food was hot and my coffee was chilled. They have a large seating area with plenty of tables and chairs good for groups and just relaxing or doing some stuff on your laptop n phone.

“I made an order through the drive thru around noon today and I just wanted to say how amazing the service was! The man at the window, Tristan was amazing. He has such a great personality and helped me with my Dunkin' rewards on the app.

The food is always good at Dunkin', but at other locations the workers are not so nice. I would definitely recommend this location in Morrell Plaza. They have 2 places to order at the drive thru for quick service, and they have workers like Tristan who love their job and help to brighten your day!

“The girl that was there today on- October 1st 2020- around 11 am was absolutely amazing to my boyfriend. He came in with three VERY complicated(“Secret Menu”) orders that I texted out for him, and she took one look and said, “No problem! I’ll make them as best I can for you!” And continued to be so sweet to him while making them. I’ve never had my boyfriend- who’s a bit awkward in social situations- come home feeling so appreciated by a customer service worker. “The "main room" is large and airy. There were no other customers in the store so we ordered right away and did not have to wait long for our drinks. The two staff members were cheery and friendly. I ordered a brewed coffee and my friend had a frappe. We could have sat in the same area but the big surprise was that there is a large, separate room with many tables and chairs to relax in, including some large, soft easy chairs. The bathrooms were clean and accessible without a code or key. In addition, there are outside tables and chairs. Only a couple of people came in while we were there so it was quiet and relaxing.“

This location is my favorite to frequent as they are always so helpful if I call a day ahead and go through the order. They had a total of ten box of joes and 12 dozen donuts all ready for me the following day at the time I requested. They even went above and beyond and loaded up everything in my car, which was so appreciated! The location is super clean and everyone is so friendly and happy to help whether my order is small or very large for work. HIGHLY recommend!!!“
