They're very rigid about substitutions or adjustments, which feels a bit off-putting and inflexible, especially for those who like to tweak their orders. That said, the Firenze sandwich was phenomenal. It comes with Burrata Cheese, Basil Pesto (nut-free), Arugula, Tomato, Balsamic Glaze, Sicilian EVOO, Salt, and Black Pepper, and you can choose between a chicken cutlet or Prosciutto di Parma. I went with the chicken cutlet, and it was an excellent choice. The rustic Italian bread roll was the perfect base, crusty yet soft enough to hold everything together. Every bite was flavorful, fresh, and well balanced. I also tried the Rose Gold Detroit-Style Pizza, which was very good. The crust was thick but still light, and the vodka sauce was delicious. I added pepperoni, which definitely elevated the flavor. The only real downside was the size, it's only six small slices, and for $20, that feels overpriced. Lastly, I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Latte. I asked for it extra hot, but it came out just warm. The flavor was fine, but I would have enjoyed it much more if it had been served steaming hot as requested. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. I'd definitely go back for the chicken cutlet sandwiches as they're worth the trip. I'd hesitate to get another pizza at that price point, and I'd skip the latte next time.“

Enough of that. Food is great. They have pizza and chicken sandwiches. Honestly their chicken sandwich is better than Chick-fil-A. The chicken is antibiotic free and you can’t beat that.

Starbucks is always hit or miss with their baristas and drive thru workers, but I have only ever had good experiences with this location and I’ve been coming to this one since 2019. Speaking of, my order has only gotten mixed up ONE TIME in 6 years and they corrected it and it wasn’t even a big deal. I’ll never forget that! “This Dunkin is located on Brownsville Road on the Trevose/Feasterville area of Bucks County in the Trevose Plaza. The customer service is excellent very friendly and my order was ready when I arrived the food was hot and my coffee was chilled. They have a large seating area with plenty of tables and chairs good for groups and just relaxing or doing some stuff on your laptop n phone.
