“The Long Way Home hosted my husband’s 50th birthday party this weekend. They did such a great job from the room to the food to the service! It was awesome. We had 50 people in the Club Room, which is lovely and charming. They were so accommodating with my questions and requests and never made me feel badly for asking silly things! The server was amazing; she helped with setup, decorations, advice on table placement, checked in on the food, bar tab, cleanup and leftovers. It was a wonderful time and I highly recommend using The Long Way Home. The prices were fantastic also!“

“I love going to this place. We just went for the 2nd time and the food was awesome and the service was great too. I want to give a shout to one of the employees, Amy, for making our lunch extra special by going out of her way to offer a compliment that absolutely made my day! It's about an hour and a half drive for us, and we'll be coming back for sure!“

“We found this place last year on our trip to Amish Country. It's our go to breakfast place whenever in town now. We go for breakfast and the food is sooo fresh. Everyone who worked there was so nice. Make sure to stop here if in town“

“I need to give Stampede Barbecue a huge THANK YOU! I had them cater my son's graduation party and everyone RAVED about the food. (The brisket, in particular.) Even with some last minute changes, due to the terrible weather, the staff was accommodating, pleasant to work with and responsive. Awesome experience!!“

I’ve driven by here many times before and not given it a second thought (sorry!) but boy was that my mistake!
We ended up here on a Saturday back in November for lunch and the food was fantastic!
Adding to my happiness was the slice of peanut butter pie I took home - wish I had tried it before I left because it’s amazing! (And I live about an hour away!)
If you’ve ever wondered if you should stop - this is your notice!! It’s absolutely worth it!“

“Soup and salad bar overpriced. beef veg. soup is tomato soup loaded with corn NOT much beef in the soup, Salad bar nothing to write home about. For the money your better off going someplace else to eat! I rate this place a 2 out of 10.“

“The pasta is delicious! I highly recommend it. I only recently found out they have gluten free pasta and pizza. It’s not listed online or on their menus. It’s very unfortunate it’s not advertised. I used to come here often in the past. After finding out I had a gluten intolerance 6 years ago, I stopped coming. So when I found out, I came back. You guys are missing out on a lot business if you would just advertise and put it on your menu that it’s an option. Especially ordering online.“
“My husband and I came for a late lunch for Valentine's Day. The menu was very small and limited, but the options were excellent. He had the filet, and I had the cashew crusted salmon. Both were really delicious! And the cocktail options are amazing! Difficult to choose. I think if they expanded their menu a bit, we would dine here more frequently. Very cool ambiance, with the place being around since 1870.“

“I am originally from Philly and finding a cheesesteak in Lancaster County has been impossible! I have come to the realization that adding pizza sauce to a cheesesteak is the norm. Adding pizza sauce makes it a Pizza cheesesteak and I am often looked at as crazy when I ask for Ketchup instead of Pizza sauce. I have to say that this Pizza place has hands down the best damn cheesesteaks in Lancaster County. The rolls are not homemade from Pizza dough and are actually soft and delicious. My only complaint would be they are a little light on the meat but that's not going to stop me from visiting again. The older lady at the counter was personable. She greeted everyone with a smile as they walked in the door and her service was spot on! If she was having a rough evening, it didn't show. If you are looking for a REAL cheesesteak, this is the place. Just tell them to hold off on the Pizza sauce!“

“Brandy was amazing. She was patient and made sure we were happy our whole visit. My dads bacon wasn’t as well done for his burger as he wanted but she fixed that right away and the manager brought it out quick and it was fantastic. Overall, great time and thankful this chilis is still open.“

“The Owner Michael Quinn should take a step back and put the bottle down when being in his own place of business. He says it is a kid friendly place, yet, a well behaved child on the dancefloor was outside of his liking during his night out drinking with the wife apparently. His delivery of telling me he doesn't want my child on the dancefloor, followed by lies was unacceptable. Its ashame because the staff there is Phenomenal. He would be better off allowing his manager Kate do the talking if he doesn't like something in his drunken pugnacious state.“

“I still love China Moon, always our go to for Chinese, but what the heck happened to your wonton soup tonight???? It had a strange color, almost as if it had saffron in it, the broth was overtaken by celery leaves, only 3 wontons (normally there are 4), and they were VERY greasy. Disappointing; I hope this isn’t a norm now or I’ll have to find a new place!“
