There were steps up to the entrance which also made it complicated for our 2 wheelchair guests. “I stop here at least once a week. Their beverages are wonderful...sandwiches aren't bad either. Their soups on the other hand leave a lot to be desired. I had the veggie last week...it was so peppery that I couldn't eat it...I had the Italian Wedding soup this week...that was just a downright disgrace! The broth was so salty and I have never had or made Italian wedding soup with sausage meatballs...there wasn't any chicken to be found and carrots, spinach and orzo were nonexistent. The broth was so dark at first I thought they made a mistake. Lesson learned...next time I want Italian Wedding soup I will make my own.“

“My daughter is the most picky hot chocolate drinker I've ever met, and she does not like it too chocolaty (go figure) or too hot. I ordered a kid's hot chocolate, with a little less chocolate than normal and it was awarded the title of "best hot chocolate ever," by my 7 year old. I also really liked my caramel apple cider, so I guess we have a new favorite coffee shop now 😆“

“Anyone complaining about slow service should understand this skeleton crew gets slammed every morning. They're out of sandwiches by 11, are working to understand the new app system, and are trying their best to serve a large portion of hospital staff and patients. Every time I go, they're friendly and will joke around and have even helped me make custom drinks when I told them what I'm craving. If you treat them like humans, I'm sure you'll find they're more willing to work with your complaints.

Kid-friendliness: Being next to a pediatric department, a lot of kids come through and staff are on their best behavior and will make little ice water drinks for young ones so they can match their mom.

I assume it was buttercream icing but I had to laugh because it was literally almost straight up butter. I don’t know who is approving that icing recipe, it’s pretty much inedible haha. Unless it was a mess up from someone making it that day“

“We stopped here after spending some time in Hershey to get a coffee. The guy behind the counter didn’t seem to happy to help, just some words he had to say, but helped nonetheless. We each got the Caramel Frappe and it was awesome. We went back Saturday but they closed at 3pm. If and when we get back to the area, we will stop and get another one. “Ohmygoodness today 07/31/25 they made my day!! At the airport waiting we decided Dunkin....During the ordering it got mixed up. I figured I was jinxed because again some how I ordered everyone else's food but again mine was missing. Somehow this attendant canceled my part of the order and the rest of my family got their food. Honest mistake, I started to laugh and shared my week out loud. It was a mistake but I just went ahead and dealt with it even though I was upset. I've voiced my thought on it's always a mother's that loses out 😂 another customer agree, She laughed and we both laughed. I walked out disappointed, family was fed that's all that matters. Went across to wait for my flight.

“I usually stop by on my way back home to grab a coffee, charge/check my phone, and use the restrooms. The scariest part is coming off the intersection into the parking lot because traffic is constantly flowing, but people are usually considerate. Nice little Starbucks.“
