There were steps up to the entrance which also made it complicated for our 2 wheelchair guests. I had the veggie last week...it was so peppery that I couldn't eat it...I had the Italian Wedding soup this week...that was just a downright disgrace! The broth was so salty and I have never had or made Italian wedding soup with sausage meatballs...there wasn't any chicken to be found and carrots, spinach and orzo were nonexistent. The broth was so dark at first I thought they made a mistake. Lesson learned...next time I want Italian Wedding soup I will make my own.“

“Ohmygoodness today 07/31/25 they made my day!! At the airport waiting we decided Dunkin....During the ordering it got mixed up. I figured I was jinxed because again some how I ordered everyone else's food but again mine was missing. Somehow this attendant canceled my part of the order and the rest of my family got their food. Honest mistake, I started to laugh and shared my week out loud. It was a mistake but I just went ahead and dealt with it even though I was upset. I've voiced my thought on it's always a mother's that loses out 😂 another customer agree, She laughed and we both laughed. I walked out disappointed, family was fed that's all that matters. Went across to wait for my flight.
I'm not sure the name of the individual that went ahead and made my meal and walked it over to me where I was sitting at the airport!!! 😭 That absolutely made my day !!! He didn't have to do that, but he did. Thank you!!

“Love Dunkin. They give our dog a pup cup every time he's with us. I only wish that they would handle when they are out of something better. I use the mobile app to pre-order. If they are out of something, they don't tell you, and if you don't check all of your items before you leave you play tag with customer service for weeks. If you do notice, they ask you if you want a refund. Will, what else would I want if you don't have what was ordered or something similar?
They need to do better with multiple items in an order as well. Many times I've had had to ask for my 2nd drink or munchkins/donuts for my kids when they hand me food. It's always like oh, um let me check on that. Smh. Do better!“
