“I stop here at least once a week. Their beverages are wonderful...sandwiches aren't bad either. Their soups on the other hand leave a lot to be desired. I had the veggie last week...it was so peppery that I couldn't eat it...I had the Italian Wedding soup this week...that was just a downright disgrace! The broth was so salty and I have never had or made Italian wedding soup with sausage meatballs...there wasn't any chicken to be found and carrots, spinach and orzo were nonexistent. The broth was so dark at first I thought they made a mistake. Lesson learned...next time I want Italian Wedding soup I will make my own.“

“After perusing the menu and not finding what I was looking for I finally just asked for what I wanted.. A large hot coffee with cream and sugar.
Coffee was good, thermonuclear hot, pretty strong.
I generally don't frequent Starbucks because the drive-throughs are ridiculous but this location is in a strip mall. No drive-through here and it was good to get out and stretch.
We stopped on a Sunday evening and there was no wait.“

“I really do enjoy this Starbucks location. The staff is always very friendly, and they make amazing drinks! On 3/20 The café was a bit overwhelmed with mobile and in-store orders. There was one staff member that was taking drinks from the pick up station and placing them over onto the mobile order pick up table which was great, but would’ve been helpful if names were called before just moving the drinks. It created a bit of a cluster since customers were unsure if she was going to read their names or just keep the cups in the mobile pick up area. I would only suggest just reading names before placing them on a different table so that customers can easily grab them and go :)“

“Every time i go to this starbucks my order is correct and satisfactory, but this isn’t my reason for writing this review. Today i went to get my breakfast and a coffee and when i went to pay, i realized i was a couple dollars shorter than i thought. The barista at the window told me she was going to see if she could take a couple dollars off, which i told her it was okay and not to worry about it, but she insisted and was able to take a couple dollars off my order so i could have my occasional starbucks. she was so sweet and pretty and i hope she gets everything she’s ever dreamed of🫶🏻“

“Coffee drinks are always good. Sometimes, they vary slightly from store to store or barista to barista, but that is what makes me keep coming back. Always fast and pleasant people behind the counter. The price is a little steep, but what isn't these days. The reward system makes up for it.“

“We stopped here after spending some time in Hershey to get a coffee. The guy behind the counter didn’t seem to happy to help, just some words he had to say, but helped nonetheless. We each got the Caramel Frappe and it was awesome. We went back Saturday but they closed at 3pm. If and when we get back to the area, we will stop and get another one. Treat yourself if you’re in the area!!!“

“My daughter is the most picky hot chocolate drinker I've ever met, and she does not like it too chocolaty (go figure) or too hot. I ordered a kid's hot chocolate, with a little less chocolate than normal and it was awarded the title of "best hot chocolate ever," by my 7 year old. I also really liked my caramel apple cider, so I guess we have a new favorite coffee shop now 😆“

“Anyone complaining about slow service should understand this skeleton crew gets slammed every morning. They're out of sandwiches by 11, are working to understand the new app system, and are trying their best to serve a large portion of hospital staff and patients. Every time I go, they're friendly and will joke around and have even helped me make custom drinks when I told them what I'm craving. If you treat them like humans, I'm sure you'll find they're more willing to work with your complaints.

Kid-friendliness: Being next to a pediatric department, a lot of kids come through and staff are on their best behavior and will make little ice water drinks for young ones so they can match their mom.

“The Chef's Market in the Hotel Hershey is an overlooked gem. It's not just fancy pastry.
We like it, and as we tend to stay around the hotel property, it's the perfect place for lunch or mid afternoon snack. After a huge buffet breakfast at The Circular and anticipating another large meal at either Harvest or The Circular it's perfect for a little pick me up. I had a Roast Beef Sandwich with Havarti and actually took 1/2 back to the frig. in our room.
