“It was a very nice experience from the time we walked in. It wasn't busy so we got seated and waited on promptly. The waitress was awesome! She was friendly and helpful answering our questions about certain menu items and refilling our drinks in a timely manner. The food was phenomenal!! I just got a hamburger which was delicious but my husband got a full rack of ribs! Those ribs were the best I think I have ever tasted! I would definitely recommend this restaurant! Our server's name was Shelly!“

“Pure honest review: Came here for the first time today. May I say I have a new favorite restaurant to say the least? By far the best BBQ I’ve ever had. I was already in awe with their unique variety of drink selections. I couldn’t decide, so I purchased all three. (peach basil water, strawberry mint water and of course the OG Turners Tea). I was astonished whenever I saw that they offered a BBQ sundae. First time ever seeing something like that and ohh my I’m happy I ordered it. Chefs kiss. Absolutely delicious. From the tenderness, to the seasoning and the master mind behind this combination all of it cured my hanger and craving for BBQ. Had the pleasure of meeting the owners today. Very kind individuals. I see why Pit Take BBQ has such high ratings! Delicious food, kind ownership, great pricing and I love the unique options available.“

“The portions are huge and reasonably priced. Our server Becky was very knowledgeable and pleasant. You have to try the fish sandwich, ordered for takeout and made 2 meals of it! Have visited many times and definitely have never left there hungry.“

“We have eaten here a few times and had great experiences. We saw they were open on Mothers day and decided to go there, to bad we were an hour later than they were still serving. We went in and the owner came out, he insisted that he cook for us even though they had been done. I was blown away by this, you would never get that kind of treatment at other places. We declined his offer because Im sure he wanted to get home to his family, but the fact there are still good people out there like this gives me hope. 5 stars all day!“

“The food was great. I had strawberry pancakes which was great and a large amount. Waitress Jessica is the best I have ever encountered, gifted smile, and on her game completely. You don't have to ask for anything, extra napkins, jelly, salt, pepper, take out containers, she has it all covered before you need them. She's the best of the best. Our coffee cups were never empty, and breakfast came to us *piping hot.* My husband and I have tried several different menu items, and each one is better than the previous ones! I believe the prices are very reasonable; "fast food" breakfasts are just as much, if not more.“

Even though she was waiting other tables she always made sure we were all set in between making sure everything was to our liking. “My son brought me to Morelands At Waterworks tonight for my birthday and it was amazing! The staff from the dining area to the kitchen are so pleasant and friendly. They are on top of everything. I didn’t even have to ask for a refill on my drink because as soon as they seen it was low they brought me another. The food, oh my goodness! Absolutely incredible! The portions are very large and the food is top notch! I haven’t had a meal this good in ages! I felt like I was eating home cooking instead of food from a restaurant. I promise if you dine here you will not leave disappointed! Highly recommend dining here! I’ll be back again soon and already can hardly wait! Kudos to everyone there!“

“My husband and I are traveling and stopped in for a late lunch. We ordered the cod sándwich and salad bar. The food was much better than we had anticipated and service was good. I recommend adding different types of lettuce than iceberg and more hot tea options. Will eat there again.“

“Stopped at Oliver’s twice this week. Excellent service and food quality. The pretzel sticks tasted like they were fresh baked and the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were what you would expect and tasty. My wife got the Pittsburgh salad with chicken one day and salmon the other. I had a smash burger and fries. Great burger and fresh cut fries. Would have like to see a few more beers on draft, but the selection covered all the basics.“

“I wish I could give this place more than five stars. I'm someone who regularly eats a low carb diet and I will go out of my way to eat here. If you're a healthy eater you know what a struggle it is to find any decent salad options, let alone a build your own. The salads are huge and you can get pretty much whatever you want. I think the rule is 5 toppings aside from cheese/meat, but they don't count and will make sure your salad is exactly how you want it. Everything is fresh. I've never had a bad experience here. 10/10 recommend“

“Everything I got was so delicious and I got a smorgasbord last week! I had last week's special pizza haluski, sounds odd but it was sooo good. The veggie sub...wow so good that bread was not just some sandwich bread from the store I think it was homemade and I loved the balsamic glaze! The walnut coffee cake was heavenly, the cheesecake light and fluffy and the buffalo battered cauliflower nice and crispy and so good. I'm so mad I haven't been going here all the time but I'll definitely be back for sure!“

“I knew I was in for somethin special when I walked up into their parkin' field and saw small rocks gravellin it up all fancy like. This upscale establishment had walls from floor to ceiling on all sides. It even had not one, but two doors to go through. And get this, they on the hinges! Wow. But that's nothing compared to what I discovered entering the final door... the floor... i thought they forgot to put da sawdust down and Id be walking on raw dirt, naw, naw, it was better than saw dust. You ever hear of fellers puttin down wood across an entire floor? That must have taken a lot of dedicated non drinkers a lot of time. It nearly brought a tear to my eye to know they cared enough for me to spend all that time for me. I went to look up to the Heavens and thank God, but I couldn't see a cloud in sight. You know that dang place had a roof on it? And not any normal roof, a roof without a hole in it? Well I forgot what happened next, but I woke up in a ditch, pulled out my phone and wrote this review. I'm not sure if it was real or some kind of dream, but if I can find my way back to the country, where all the people want to be nice to everyone(like everyone everyone should learn to be nice to each other) , I'd walk right back in. Love's the way. Love is eternal.“

“Great blackened salmon BLT, hubby got the steak calzone and enjoyed it. We both had the Crisp Amber beer (nice, light amber) and got a 6-pack of Corona to go. Atmosphere wasn't much, not sure why the stock market took precedent over other TV stations, but maybe it is a things in PA😜. Service was good overall. When we first got there, only one other person in the bar area, but it was a Monday at 4 that we arrived. By the time we left 90 min later it was filling up. Definitely would come back again if ever in the area!!“
