She's quite elderly now and the staff is always very patient and accommodating. We appreciate them hope to continue dining there for years to come.“

“Love the food. Had the chicken Parmesan half hoagie last night with fries. I get a side of their hot sauce to dip my fries in. It is very spicy and most people probably can’t handle it but it is one of my favorite sauces and I always get it for tenders or fries.

Bri is the best bartender, Gwyn is a close 2nd and the owners are so friendly. Love it!“

“We needed a place that had power during the wind storm to feed our kids and actually called asking if they had a kids menu they said yes and even told us what was on it over the phone. We ended up going the kids got chicken, fries and applesauce. Husband and I got salmon and swordfish both vary good, the bread was good,my salad was good husband said the house dressing was a little strong but still good. The waitresses were all great and super friendly. Even the customers were all friendly. The place is a little pricey though so be prepared but worth it for the price, the amount of food and the service. We'll be back!“

“Inndigo Blue is a nice restaurant. The menu is somewhat limited, but the food was excellent. I had a cup of French onion soup and a chef's salad, both of which were quite good. My server (Kimberly) was helpful and very pleasant. She was appropriately attentive to my needs without being in any way intrusive. I live about 4 hours away and was here on business staying at the Comfort Inn (attached). I don't know when/if business will take me to this same address again, but for a simple, tasty dinner, Inndigo Blue is a winner. Thanks!!“

“The food was good. This was our first visit so it was tough to make a choice with so many terrific sounding options. We ordered the wild-berry waffle and the special Cajun/gumbo waffle. I am always excited when there is a Bloody Mary on the menu but when I attempted to order one I was told they were out of vodka. Boo! Also my Cajun waffle arrived at the table without the raspberry topping and I had to ask for it to be added. I’d gladly try this place again if we are ever in the area while they are open.“

“I ordered via Uber Eats. I had a question about the menu so I called the restaurant but they did not answer. I was surprised when they called me back ...when does that ever happen?! My order arrived exactly as I ordered it and they didn't miss any of the sides. They have a huge selection of desserts and I got the sweet potato pie, it tastes like my 95 yr old grandma from Tennessee made it! Get the homemade healthy green tea drink, you won't be disappointed! The portions are huge... but I'm most impressed with the more flavorable twist on traditional hibachi. ❤ keep it up. I found a new spot!!“

“my mama is back in the hospital and I needed a drink everybody was laid back and very kind there before I left I ordered the Italian hoagie it came with fries or onion rings so I chose onion rings and let me tell you those were absolutely delicious and so was the hoagie I haven't had a hoagie like that since I was a kid it was toasted perfectly with lettuce and tomato and everything on it it really made my evening when I got home thank you guys so much for being so kind and sweet there also the onion rings was in a separate container I put my onion rings on my hoagie like this too eat 😂“

“the facilities are great, museum carriage House gift Center conservatory Clayton tours. don't waste your time at the cafe. did not feel welcome there too many policies that are inhospitable. policies that are not welcoming. also the manager is rude and Ben's the policy rules for certain people in certain groups. also don't believe the menu they post I thought the menu you'll get when you go in. it's a little overpriced for what's offered. the food is fairly average nothing outstanding it can't be made in your kitchen. plan to go to the property do the tours and museum and then you'll find better restaurants more hospitable off property in the area.“

Recently, I’ve experienced a shift in service that left me feeling uncomfortable and dismissed. What once felt warm and inviting has become cold and unprofessional through eye-rolling, dismissive responses, and careless service. Respect should never depend on how often someone visits, who they are, or what they look like — professionalism is the standard, not the exception. As patrons, we notice the small things — tone, body language, and how we are treated when we walk through the door. Establishments should remember that every guest is observing, every interaction matters, and every moment reflects the character of the business. My hope is simple: that businesses remain mindful of how staff attitudes shape the entire experience. Because you never know who is sitting in your seats, and you never know who is quietly witnessing the level of professionalism being offered. Respect is remembered. Kindness is remembered. “Service was amazing my waitress was very attentive to me suggested the prickly pear margarita which I have never had but I absolutely loved it when I got it and then ask how the drink was and even made me and my husband laugh by telling jokes. The server even asked if I should have the kids meal come out first and I have never been asked that but I love whenever my kids get to eat first and then the appetizer came out shortly after we had boneless wings from the two 425 menu deal and we both got the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimps the server even asked me if the onions and mushrooms were OK which I did not even know that it comes with these things I had a really amazing time and I will be back!“

“Stopped in for the first time yesterday because I wanted a good hot dog but there's no way I'm eating a hot dog on a poppy seed bun haha I hate poppy seeds anyways ended up getting a cheeseburger wasn't bad.. If they would offer a regular hot dog bun as an alternative I would probably be a frequent stopper from 25 mi away. “We ate here tonight and the service was amazing. Bri or Bria was our waitress and she was one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had. There were about 16 of us all together and she took really good care of us. Constantly kept an eye on our drinks. We never had to ask for a refill. She was always smiling and even sang happy birthday to my special needs niece who we were there for celebrating. We all hung out for a while after we ate and never felt rushed which is what I really liked. Thank you for the wonderful service and great food. We spun the cool wheel for my nieces birthday for a prize.“
