Tina jumped in to assist with our set up, and Lisa went above and beyond with our orders and spirited service. The reservation process for our large party was seamless thanks to Ashley. “First time visiting the Steam Pub! I started out a little disappointed because they were out of my first two choices. I decided to get the blue cheese burger and fries. It was phenomenal! The burger was huge and juicy. The blue cheese was delicious and the fries were battered and a huge portion! Our server was attentive and took great care of us. I will definitely be back - next time I'm trying the French Dip!“

“My niece recommended the food from this place. As a self proclaimed foodie i had to see for myslef. The establishment opens to patrons at 7pm it was clean and I was greeted with smiles and warm hellos from the staff. The spicy mussel bowl was full of flavor and the portion size acceptable. The fish was fried perfectly, crispy with a flacky moist inside well seasoned (no obey thank you), the vegetable rice flavorful not dry, the collard greens needs a little work but we're seasoned well. Overall the food was delicious. Shout out to Chris who prepared the food. So if you're ordering take-out or eating in make sure Chris is in the kitchen.“

Bartenders need to learn how to work the remote for the music , It is Bose system that you can adjust for each end of the bar and the right channel is off along with the bass . lol I always listen to music when I am there .“

“This place used to be my favorite but it’s gone down since I first started coming at least ten years ago. It took us almost 20 mins to get cashed out and even longer to get a drink from the bar. They didn’t have wings the last time I went and the back bar was closed. They need a Philly School District Calendar to add extra staff when there will be an early dismissal“

When they first seated us, they put us all the way in the back near the kitchen which I was not happy about but I asked the hostess if there was a different table that we could move to and she was able to switch us to a much better location. The waiter was fantastic. He was so personable and had great suggestions. I had the fish tacos which were good and felt like a lot of food. My husband had the clam chowder and lobster roll (Connecticut style /hot with butter instead of with mayo and cold). We didn't have room for dessert. The drinks were sweet but good.“
