Food was good. Not very busy for a Saturday at 1:00.
Chase is an asset to Arby's! He went above and beyond for my husband and I. We were missing a drink when going thru the drive thru. We didnt notice right away and had to turn around for it. Chase gave us outstanding customer service, gave us a large, when paid for a small, as well as gave us coupons for our next visit. His apology was genuine and he wanted to make sure we accepted the mistake and will return.

They. Are slow when you go inside. They get the drive thru first. One day I waited 4 minutes for someone to come to the counter. I order online now.
