Out of steak bites, out of bottled water, out of strawberry for shakes. Our drive thru service was apologetic and accommodating. He substituted our bottle of water with an upgraded shake albeit our second flavor choice. The sandwiches were Luke warm for a $27+ bill of two sandwiches and one medium meal.
Good food good service friendly staff
Food was good. Not very busy for a Saturday at 1:00.

Arby's offers a variety of classic roast beef sandwiches and shakes, providing delicious food and ample meat portions. The drive-thru service is generally fast, with a pleasant vibe from the staff. While there are times when orders may take longer to prepare, the experience remains satisfactory. Recent reviews emphasize the friendliness of the staff, highlighting a polite and kind employee at the window who has a big heart and a smile that stretches ear to ear. The food is often fresh and hot, with curly fries and mozzarella sticks coming right out of the fryer.
Some customers have noted that fresh turnovers were made for them when the staff realized they were out after they ordered. The restaurant's cleanliness has also improved significantly under the new management, with one customer mentioning how beautiful and spotless the store is now. However, there are reports of limited menu options and being out of several food items, including Diet Coke, Coke, and Dr. Pepper, which might be due to supply chain issues. Despite these challenges, a female manager at Store 8786 in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, has been recognized for her attentiveness and helpfulness, enhancing the overall dining experience. She is frequently seen assisting the staff and ensuring that customers are well taken care of, contributing positively to the restaurant's atmosphere.
