We stopped by with 2 other families after our kids baseball game. We got there at 7 and they close at 8, so we got there early enough, but I think they may have been a bit short on staff. It took about 15 or 20 minutes to get drinks and then took a while longer to get our food order put in. I ordered the 3 meat platter to try the brisket, pork and sausage. It came with coleslaw and beans. The slaw and beans were both pretty good. I liked the brisket and it wasn't dry....
We used to love coming to Woody’s, but recently in the last few months, we have been disappointed with the food and service. We were seated right away. The food came out in a timely fashion. It is expensive for the lack of food you get the service is OK, nice people, but they don’t refill your sodas and if you order a salad as a side, it will come with your meal instead of ahead of time. I always get the baby back ribs most of the time they are good sometimes they are dry...
Hailey was our server and from the first encounter, we knew it was going to be an enjoyable experience. She was very patient while we made up our minds and offered several suggestions. As usual our dinner was delicious. It’s nice to dine in a place where your meal is awesome and the waitress is very warm and personable. Will be back when we are in the area again!!!
