“My husband and I truly enjoyed our overnight stay at the Foggy Mountain Lodge. It was better than staying at a hotel. The grounds were beautiful, and the location was quiet. Our room was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed eating our breakfast in the Cedar Lodge living room with the beautiful stone fireplace. The rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend this beautiful place.”

“Came to visit and see where it all began for Helltown. What a great venue, amazing outdoor area with multiple places to sit, firepits, and enjoyed listening to some music outside. Bartenders were super friendly and beer was amazing of course. Highly recommend stopping by for a visit if you've never been, and if you have....stop again!!”

“We ate here for the first time yesterday and everything we had was good! The vegetable soup was good and the bowl was a substantial portion. My bacon bleu burger was served on a gourmet roll and was done to perfection and really tasty. The drink I ordered had muddled watermelon with lime juice and moonshine. I would get it again. Pricing was what you would expect to pay. Lastly, the hostess, Sammy Jo was a perfect addition to the place. She gave you an "at home" feel, plenty of guests seemed to know her personally and she loved what she was doing- hard to find these days. Kudos to the staff. We will be back!!”

“For a Campground, the food is surprisingly good and the prices are extremely affordable. We had a cheesesteak which is very good and my kids had the five dollar kids meals that was a great bargain.”

“OMG! I have eaten BBQ all through the South and NOTHING compares to Gorky’s! I had a half a slab of ribs with Gorky’s own sauce and the home made cornbread and it was absolutely AMAZING! The taste, the tenderness of the ribs and the cornbread…it was incredible! The service was top notch and our waitress was super friendly and very informative! I cannot wait to come back and have more!!!”

“Had a big ole pizza for a group of young adults right before we hit the slopes at 7 Springs. It was very good, reminiscent of Ledo's pizza in the DC Metro area. Definitely will go back there again when in the area!”

“Was there for a special event tonight. Guess you could say it was a benefit for someone, they had the band Contagious playing music and for a $10.00 cover charge they had some great food for everyone to eat granted cash bar, drinks were very reasonable.”

“The Village in Mount Pleasant has been our favorite restaurant for at least 25 years. When you arrive, you feel like you're in a LOCAL establishment, and the service confirms that feeling. We are vegetarian and never have an issue finding meat-free meals, and if we're not doing their wonderful pizzas, we go for the gnocchi or pasta dishes with marinara. YUM!! Drink and food prices are very reasonable, and the staff is mostly local family and friends. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

“We are homeowners so we are here often. Enjoy having dinner options inside the resort. The food is easy, regular bar/grill food. The servers are all really great and of course, we love the atmosphere. Mix of regulars and tourists.”

“Alison and all the girls have been amazing. We went everyday that we stayed at the resort a couple times a day and the service was great, the treats are delicious and overall we give it a 10! Also…. We desired a cookie and ice cream and they made it happen for us, even warmed up the cookie :).”

“Zipped in here for lunch on a ski day and service was extremely fast. Kind and attentive servers and our food was out in less than five minutes!Efficient service even during a pandemic and great view of the mountain. Hopped back in our skis and did a few more runs.”

“The lodge at the top of the mountain at Seven Springs Resort is old school utilitarian.

Friendly people, great views, outside deck and indoor tables. A little dated? Maybe, but I found it a great place to stop in, warm up and have some lunch.”

“Great vibe. Indoor and outdoor seating. Gorgeous view of ski lift and runs. Service was excellent. We had Caesar chicken salads and a few sandwiches which were really delicious. Additionally, we enjoyed their wine. Seven Springs is special and this restaurant just further contributes to the ambience.”
