The Clock Tower Restaurant will always be a special place for me and my wife because that's the place where we met back in 1988 when the place was first built. My wife was a bus girl, and I was bartending there in the in the lounge as you walked in. The place was beautiful with its wooden floors, beautiful ceiling fans, and all of the windows surrounding the place that allowed its guests to overlook the slopes. Can’t believe this place hasn’t been reviewed before. We came in not knowing the kitchen had just closed. Just as the waitress was politely explaining the kitchen was closed, chef Dave who was sitting nearby overheard and re-opened the kitchen just for me and my buds. I would recommend their cuban it was delicious.
