Your employee Maddie was absolutely wonderful!! I didn't like the drink I ordered (my fault) and she could tell as soon as I took a sip she instantly asked me if I'd like something else saying that I deserve to love my drink and that shed love to see me back. She ended up making me the best frappe I've ever had in my life all while having a meaningful conversation with me. I left with the biggest smile ever! I will 10/10 be coming back! Thank you so much!“
