“As a drive through only customer for a year, this has been the most consistent McDonald's I've been to. Cashiers are quick and polite. Food has always been hot. They never missed my modified orders. 2 drive through windows makes it fast at lunch. The only time I wait is so they can make sure my food is even fresher and hotter. In which case they ask me to pull over and bring it out to me. It's appreciated.“

I had my food delivered through uber eats, but the driver left the milkshake. I went back and the owner was there and very accommodating about it. It really changes your experience when you receive genuine nice customer service.“

“I would definitely recommend this Red Robin for any party occasion or just dining in. I’ve dined in at this restaurant many of times and each time the food was delicious and the service was awesome! This particular time I had my husband’s Surprise 30th birthday party held there and it turned out great! All of the staff made sure my event went perfectly. Donay (the assistant manager) helped me organize my party with them and made sure all of my requests were met. Megan (catering coordinator) she fulfilled my order to exactly what I wanted and the Red Robin made sure my gluten free buyers were made fresh to order for the guest I had that needed the accommodation. And my server Alyssa was on her game! Handling 40 guest with their different requests and doing everything a quick as she could and also was very attentive!!! Great job Alyssa! Michelle made the planning process a breeze, handling all the details and ensuring our celebration was exactly what we envisioned. On the afternoon of the party, Kerrie was a true star behind a very busy bar. She kept the drinks flowing all afternoon and did it all with a smile. Sherry was incredibly attentive to our group's every need, quickly and cheerfully fulfilling every request we had. And the food was outstanding! “We've gotten Korean fried chicken wings from here a couple of times and we love it!
The chicken is crispy and the sauce is good, we love the fried rice cake and their radish!
We usually get spicy level 2 and spicy soy.
Spicy level 3 is definitely spicy but good.
Highly recommend eating it right away because once the sauce gets soaked into the chicken it'll no longer be crunchy or just get sauce on the side. The chicken pieces are pretty big! And juicy! If you need your pieces to be sauced up, I would let them know cause sometimes our pieces are only half sauced up, and we just dip more from the bottom.

Customer service has always been friendly, but they always tell us 10-13 minutes and it's literally always taken 25 minutes, which isn't that long cause your at the mall and can walk around but it would be nice to not have to rush back every time to just wait even more. (Just tell people it'll be 15-25 minutes!)

This is definitely our go to chicken spot now and we've recommended it to many friends who also like it. I hope their here to stay and that they get the snow cheese back!“

“We love it here! Ended up here during the DTown car show and hugely surprised at this new restaurant. First, wonderful spot with the windows and looking out over Dtown. We've been here twice now. Always seated quickly. BEST burgers and HUGE. And I like fries but their sweet potato fries are delicate donut pillows of fries. Seriously, the best I've ever had. Fun wine selection for a flight and we got recommendations too. When the wine was out that was paired with the meal, we go a free glass of another similar one. Friendly service, great food, nice atmosphere. Will be back!“

“This location is by far my favorite. Everyone who works here is so nice. The food is always fresh and comes out so fast. I have yet to get home and be missing anything. The handful of times I have gone inside for takeout it's very clean just like when it first opened. They always have baked potatoes, which I found is hard at other Wendy's. Fast, efficient, and friendly. This Wendy should be a training facility because they run a tight ship, and everything runs perfectly.“

She waited on two or three other tables while we were there and never stopped by the table once to ask if there was anything else we wanted to order or needed.
